They provided a quote, set up an appointment, identified the issue and solution right away. They were punctual, extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I had an issue with a line running down the left side of my scanned pages on my HP colour printer and contacted SynergyIT Solutions very close to 5 p.m. Sumit responded to my call almost immediately, asking me for a sample of the scanned pages and first thing the next morning Carlos called me with a resolution I could do myself. No charge! These guys are awesome!

I called Synergy at around 4PM on a Friday to help troubleshoot a Fibre issue at a 24/7 healthcare business. I had never worked with them before, and I really wasn't expecting to get someone out the same day. By 7PM a tech was onsite and had diagnosed the issue, outlined a path to resolution and gave me a rough estimate on cost. I've been in IT for nearly 20 years and finding a vendor that can help you in a pinch like this is rare.Synergy is my new Go-To for cable work, can't say enough good things about this team!

Next day on-site service call in Barrie (45 mins north of Toronto) for our HP T730 plotter that needed a new cutter and some general TLC. Carlos came prepared with all the parts and got us printing again in no time. Reasonable rates and fast professional service. I could not ask for anything more.
