Worst rabbit vet I have ever been to. Dr. Marcus did not read our rabbits long medial history and refused to continue treatments that had been prescribed from past vets. He spoke over us, and spoke down to us. He called our past vet a nut when we explained past medical experience and continued to talk poorly of other rabbit vets in the city. Nothing about the experience was professional. I was open to trying new treatments (and did!) but when I realized he hadn't taken the time to look at our pet's medical history and tried to prescribe a drug and treatment that we had already tried and failed, I had to go elsewhere. Would NOT recommend.

I cannot say enough about this vet. From the admin staff (shoutout to Kenna- she is amazing!), to the caring vet techs (Chris literally comforted me when my dog had cancer), to the vets themselves (Dr. Luckwaldt is beyond talented), everyone here truly cares for your pets.My doberman was a handful with some behavioural issues, food allergies, and liver disease. They had no problem helping him (I think they were some of his best friends!). My little one had multiple surgeries due to cancerous masses. He never once had complications or issues. Everyone treated both dogs with love and the utmost care.I highly recommend this clinic and I thank you all so, so much for helping both my dogs and myself through some tough times. Truly appreciated! <3

I choose Greenwood Park because I feel like the vets and vet techs truly care about the nuances of the animals they care for. I know, from experience, that they tackle the challenges and complex requirements of exotic animals. So I can trust that they will provide exceptional care for my cats.

The best - as always! Everyone is always so friendly and kind, I know both my cats are very loved there, and in good hands. I trust the advice given and I know they have my pet's health and wellbeing at the top of their minds. Major shout out to Dr. DiDonato who is so kind, gentle, loving and extremely knowledgeable. I trust her so much and thank her for everything she has done. Also to Kenna and Christine, they are always so kind and attentive to me if I call or come in, and know me so well. What a great first time experience at the vet! As a first time pet owner, I felt at ease and felt my bunny was well looked after. This animal hospital specializes in exotic animals, so if your pet falls under that category, they will see them!Dr. Marsella was kind, informative and professional. She gave us handouts about services and vaccines. I felt everyone was so welcoming and knowledgeable. I had a very good first visit. Establishment was clean and the experience was very smooth. Highly recommend them to any pet owners in the east end!

My experience with Greenwood Park Animal Hospital has always been great! I have a 12 year old rabbit, and whenever I have a concern, they are always so accommodating in getting her in to be seen. Dr Luckwaldt is an incredibly kind and knowledgeable vet, and I always trust his care is the best. The whole Greenwood team is wonderful as well. I would always highly recommend this hospital.

I recently brought my cat Horatio to Greenwood Park Animal Hospital for dental problems, and I was extremely impressed with the care and attention he received. The veterinarians and staff were knowledgeable and compassionate, and they went above and beyond to ensure my cat was comfortable throughout the entire process.In particular, I would like to give a special shoutout to Christine, the receptionist, who was a true gem. She facilitated booking the surgery promptly and was always available to answer any questions I had. I have been taking my dogs to Greenwood Park for over a decade. The reason why I have not changed vets even though I live 2 hours away now is because of the excellent care and attention my elderly dogs and now puppy dogs receive from Dr. Luckwaldt and his team. He is extremely knowledgeable and had done referrals to specialists for my dogs. I feel that my concerns are heard and this pet hospital is able to run all the tests I need for piece of mind. My newest puppy is being followed by this hospital and I will continue to take any pets I own here for wellness checks.
