Michelle was excellent! She was referred to me by someone in the Lethbridge real estate market that I trust. They were not wrong, we needed someone with knowledge of local market conditions. Michelle was able to price the house accurately plus keep us informed of market changes. She kept the value of the house up during a time we could have been influenced to lower the price during the pandemic. In the end she kept her word on market value.

The early bird caught the worm.....We were in a bit of a panic to buy as we sold our home. After 3 unsuccessful weeks of looking and loosing out on offers with a previous agent, I found Michelle Greyson. She answered my phone call at 7:35 in the morning, and by the end of that same day, our offer was accepted on great home for us and in the area we wanted!
