My partner Will and I just bought a house and Spencer did the home inspection for us. He was quick to answer us and do our home inspection within days of contacting him! Spencer was friendly and communicative throughout the home inspection process. I really appreciated his insights as someone who owns a restoration business as well. It was really helpful to know what the possible ramifications/costs might be of the things he noted in his report.

I can't recommend. After his inspection I lost the deal on the house and after the realtor, banker, and myself tried to do damage control he refused to amend it saying the house was in too bad of condition. A house that had a new furnace, water tank, laundry, kitchen cabinets, all new appliances in the bathroom, no water damage, and a garage with an electronic door (note the house was almost ninety years old). His report went into every scuff mark interior and exterior, leading the bank to believe it was falling apart. During the inspection he told the realtor and I that the oven was broken and that it would need an electrician to check the breaker… it wasn't plugged in. He was a really nice guy but I wouldn't recommend him unless you wanna lose your house.

Met Spencer for the first time at the end of the home inspection for a brand new build. He walked us through the whole house and pointed everything out, having found the most obscure things that most people would miss. With his obvious attention to detail, I left reassured that I was buying a house without any major issues that would cost me a ton. He did the inspection in a timely manner, as well, and fit us into his schedule despite such short notice. I don’t hesitate to recommend him.

Spencer recently did our home inspection in Moose Jaw and we were thrilled with the results. He was fast to respond, the inspection itself was thorough and completed in a timely manner. The final report was extremely detailed with lots of photos attached. He was professional all while treating you like a friend which made the process so much easier.
