There's not much i can say to fully describe how amazing Hillside Lodge & Chalets are. We just recently had our wedding at Hillside after over a year of having to reschedule our plans due to the pandemic.Throughout the entire process, Stefanie was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was as accommodating and understanding as could be.As both a wedding venue and as a rustic cabin accommodation, Hillside is a magical place. The location in the Blaeberry with mountain and river views is breathtaking. The cabins are beautifully maintained with thoughtful updates throughout. We had our wedding at hillside a couple weeks ago and it was the most unforgettable place. Our friends and family couldn't stop raving about how beautiful, peaceful, and relaxed it was. Stefanie and Mark were so incredibly kind, helpful, and made the entire experience extremely comfortable. They were available whenever we needed any help or had questions for months beforehand and throughout the entire weekend as well. Everything was clean and so cute in the cabins too! They have such an amazing setup, the view, the locations, everything - this place is incredible and we couldn't recommend it more. We will be back to rent a cabin in the future at some point! Thank you for everything!

My wife and I held our wedding at Hillside this past Saturday, the 11th. They graciously accommodated our immediate families and our lively dogs. They were professional and caring, and helped make the weekend one we will never forget. They navigated a last minute Golden-wide power outage the day before our ceremony was set to take place and made sure we were all well taken care of. It only made for a better story and experience. The property is stunning, and Stef and Mark are first class hosts. If you ever decide to stop in, you'll be sure to be a repeat visitor. Hillside is a gem in the mountains.

We had our wedding in May 2022 at Hillside Lodge and Chalets. It was an absolute dream -our best day ever. Even though our wedding was the first of the season, the hosts were very organized with helping us plan our day very early on. Once we arrived they helped us with whatever we needed but were out of our way to enjoy our weekend. All of the equipment was set up beforehand to make a seamless day. This venue is absolutely stunning, and our guests were very impressed. It is very convenient to have a beautiful ceremony site, amazing photo opportunities, an area for lawn games and campfire, and the reception venue all on one site. The Sunrise cabin is a lovely getaway. If you are booking here please ensure that you are aware of what is included and what is not, as we did have a few miscommunications. Overall having our venue at Hillside Lodge and Chalets was a spectacular experience that we will never forget and we will certainly be back for many times to come to visit this magical place. Stefanie and Mark are great hosts. We stayed in the Porcupine Cabin 15 years ago and then again this winter. The cabin was spotless and served as a perfect base for winter adventures, right from the door. Highly recommended!

We got married at Hillside this past August (2022) and can’t recommend it enough. Stef and Mark are incredible to work with, and the venue is stunning! We really wanted a ‘weekend venue’ where friends and family can stay on site, and have a bbq the evening before our wedding. We love the mountains so it was also important to us to have a scenic outdoor ceremony. Stef and Mark also made great vendor recommendations, and since all of the vendors work together so frequently, they ran such a well oiled machine all knowing each other and working together! We had SO many compliments on our venue choice and people asking how we found this hidden gem. You will not regret having your wedding at Hillside!!

Where do I even begin?! We just had our wedding at Hillside on July 16, 2022. Hillside is an absolutely spectacular venue for a wedding. The scenery is stunning, the cabins were spotless and absolutely adorable, and most importantly, the owners Stefanie and Mark are incredible. They were so helpful during our entire planning process and for the whole weekend. It was such an amazing experience. They went out of their way to ensure we had the perfect wedding weekend. It was so special being able to have the entire property to ourselves and share the joy with all of our closest friends and family. If you are thinking about booking Hillside for your wedding, DO IT!! I could go on forever about how amazing it is!
