Classic wood decorated pub. Can be noisy at night but that's why you go there : People, good bistro food and a good choice of beers. Not bad on the cocktails menu too. The food is good, quality and the price is a bit high like everything in the old stylish streets of Quebec city.

Dark pub that our hotel concierge recced to us, everything was delicious, ordered the pizza, pasta carbonara, steak and salmon tartare, my only gripe would be the wait for the food was almost past 30 minutes, other than that decent restaurant

Amazing staff and service. Very attentive and helpful. We made reservations for 6:30pm on a Saturday night. They check covid passports so have yours ready.We sat at a table in the back of the bar area. The atmosphere was fun and lively with music and sports on the giant TVs.I had the margarita pizza which was good, not the best, but definitely good. My travel partner had the steak tartare which was seasoned well and was accompanied by very delicious fries and small salad.Very nice meal and experience - would dine again.

atmosphère was not much necause i went for lunch and we mostly had the whole place for us. bit nice clean good food...

Amazing food, amazing service!! Highly recommend. We went as a group of 6, the kids enjoyed their meals as did us adults. The server we had was friendly and gave us some great recommendations.

Blaxton Cartier is the place to be ....it's right into the center of everything in Québec city...next to les plaines de Abraham...next to everything actually ...it's the best
