Rewards did not upload a weekly deal properly and the staff did not seem to know how to correctly clear the issue. I paid full price for my order instead of the rewards price of approximately $5 savings. Staff at the Stephenville, NL location always seem to be in such a rush that they do not use manners of please or thank-you. Customers are just pushed through without much courtesy.

Has there been new staff hired here? The coffee seems to have gotten way better these days but the donuts now have such an odd distinctive taste I cannot describe. But I know it isn't the same as it was before & it's a different taste from the donuts at the other Tim Horton's at Esso.

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese pretty much daily and I got to be honest. I put more butter on my bagel then the amount of cream cheese they put on. Dry, goes along with some of the additudes

Product and service are great. Used to take my kids here though and I've found that it's not that family friendly most of the time nowadays. Unless you want your kids to learn some new curse words.

Ordered a med dec coffee black with a vanilla shot, asked to 1/4 fill with ice and drove up to window and my coffee was ice cold, the worker on drive throu was very rude she even said oh my god what do you want" after I ordered... She was not very nice at all."

Was ok i only ever use the drive thru so what I expected. Only down side is the way the drive thru is set up getting in and out of this location can be brutal. I only go here when I want food since the express location doesn't carry food.
