Best Western Belleville

Was perfect for me,just down the street from work,during the last snowstorm. The room was great,warm,quiet. They had a lovely buffet in the morning with a large selection for breakfast, from waffles to eggs and sausage as all part of the room

We stayed here for a week, and it was an okay stay. The staff were very friendly and always available when needed.The breakfast was yummy, however, the breakfast area was very small and filled up really quickly. There was several mornings when the breakfast area was too busy, so we just skipped breakfast to avoid the crowds.There was some noise issues. It was very easy to hear people down the halls, above you, and the constant doors slamming. There was usually people smoking outside of our room, and you could very easily hear them.But, the bed was comfy and the room was a good size! The AC worked well. The bathroom was clean and functional.

I stayed in Belleville for a little over a year for work and can honestly say that my stay was made that much better because of the staff at this best western. Thank you Tonisha, Tracey, Amanda, Kayla and Geraldine!! Love you guys

I stayed here for work on night shift. At the end of my shift i parked my truck and went up to my room. About 5-6 hours before my next shift was to start my phone started ringing off the hook ( the front desk was calling over and over again ). Then eventually loud repetitive knocking on my door. I thought ok, this has to be an emergency I better go check. When I answered a lady from the hotel was standing there and told me that my truck was in the way because they were redoing the parking lot and that I “better get dressed and go move it”!! . What gets me is that there were no signs or nothing! I just parked in a regular spot with other vehicles!.. if you are coming here for work I highly recommend finding a different hotel as they seem to have zero respect for shift work as i will be going to work tonight with very little sleep ..

Easy walk to the Quinte Mall, restaurants, coffee shops. Friendly staff, eager to help. The Best Western customer service was excellent in helping me book a room using points.

Room was great, clean and updated. Staff was friendly, but just got rehearsed welcome message, nothing else. Location was nice right off of the 401 and within walking distance to the mall and restaurants. The pool and hot tub were great but people don't shower first so there was a lot of dirty foam in the got tub. No shower in the pool bathroom either. Make it easy, have a poolside shower. Get rid if the foam.

Pros: - Staff are very friendly and will go above and beyond to help if you ask- Rooms are very clean, comfy beds (even the rollaway bed was quite comfortable), rooms are very well sound proofed; there was a huge wedding party on the floor below me and couldn't hear it at all from in the room- Easy to book online- Quick and easy check in and check outCons: - Limited options for breakfast buffet- pool is very nice and a good size but it's not aired out enough, the chlorine smell is very very overwhelming and it gets much too hot and muggy-Tv's could use an update, small, limited basic channels, no info in guide and no ppv. Upgrading all or some rooms to smart tv's would be amazing so ppl can stream there own Netflix and other streaming apps to the tv's

Our room stank like sewage. Checked in to our main floor room and opened our door. Fan in the bathroom was on, and the smell hit you in the face. Tried to deal with it, but couldn't. Requested a room change. Moved down the hall 3 or 4 rooms and was much better. Staff said that it is a problem in the Spring and the first group of rooms on the main floor experience the smell. Clearly they knew, because our fan was on when we entered, plus the elevators smelled the same.While it was taken care of... why bother to put us there in the first place?

The staff was really nice, really friendly and smiley! My friend was in a wheelchair and it didn't made any issues. No carpets, really good stay ! Breakfast buffets could have more no-grain options but otherwise we can't complain
