This shop has done all my girl's piercings and does fantastic work. Clean, professional and takes the time to explain anything you need.

I absolutely loved this place, the person at the till was such an amazing human, I had come once before to get an ear piercing and they made me feel comfortable coming back to get my septum re-pierced. I waited such a long time for the piercer to return from wherever they were (I held patience for this because I booked my appointment that same day) but once we started the piercer pierced it very crooked, I mentioned this and they said we can do it again if you'd like. I said yes because I really wanted it get it right despite the pain, they pierced it crooked again and blamed it on my nose. I got this piercing done once before when I was 14 at another place and it came out straight so I'm aware this wasn't a problem with my nose. I left very disappointed for what I had paid for, along with being told by my partner and my family that it was infact quite crooked. I haven't gone back since. :(

I had very good tattoos done here by Henry and a couple good tattoos done by Veronica. However, Veronica was pretty rude to a family member of mine when they were inquiring about a tattoo and honestly pretty rude to the apprentice doing my last tattoo and made me feel pretty uncomfortable to be getting the tattoo done at all. Not an enjoyable experience and won't be going back. And by the responses to some of the other critical reviews, I'm sure she won't want me back anyway.

My daughter and I booked in with Veronica last minute for her first ear piercings and a Medusa for myself. From start to finish everyone was a pleasure to wlbe around, the atmosphere was fun and inviting, and Veronica herself made the entire piercing experience incredible. I have had many piercings done by many different piercer in the city, and this was by far the best experience I have had yet. I will definitely be returning (likely very soon)!

Veronica was amazing today! Thank you for nailing my septum piercing. She also put a nose stud in for me and helped make sure it would not budge easily. Thanks love! ❤️

Jordan is excellent. Super clean lines. Made some really solid suggestions. Im a scientist and wanted a tattoo related to my work, she went through freaking textbooks to get things accurate, which was awesome and appreciated. Good price too. I fully intend to come here again.

Veronica pierced my 3 month old babies ears. She was so good with us, and was very fast once we got everything going. We were so worried about getting our little ones ears pierced, but Veronica made us feel so good while we were there. Would highly recommend for people looking to get babies ears pierced. The environment is very clean. Everything looks like it gets cleaned regularly. All sanitization and PPE was worn by Veronica. 5/5

Just got tattoos with my sisters from Caleb. He was freaking amazing. Fantastic work, great atmosphere and the best conversation!!! Loved the whole experience and will def be back! My sister even got some plant slips from Veronica! Can not recommend enough!

Veronica is AMAZING! So knowledgeable, quick, and friendly. Took my sister and 2 nieces for piercings and we had a blast with Veronica. The shop was gorgeous, full of plants and art, and was spotlessly cleaned. I even noticed NO dust on the artwork on the walls as I was admiring it all. Lots of close by parking ( free or paid). 5 ⭐️s and 2 thumbs up!

I love Veronica, she has a wonderful work atmosphere and is great at making you feel comfortable. The place is beautiful and clean, and she makes me feel calm and will not judge how you act - she's a real one. I have gotten multiple ear piercings from her, cartilage and lobe, and would recommend her to anyone. (my left ear is still fresh - the hole is from a placement I liked initially then changed my mind and she immediately offered to redo it) anyways I love her
