The service is just above terrible but just below awful. It’s catering to the delivery business more than the clients in the restaurant. Order takeout only.Pizzas were okay when finally served. This restaurant has lost its quality.Would recommend but be prepared for a wait.

Dropped in for lunch today and threw caution to the wind and got a delightful pizza for lunch. Amazing pizza with thin crust, well portioned Ingredients. This was a really good pizza! I was surprised to see other menu items listed, I had expected only pizza choices - which is what brought me in. If coming with a group I think everyone will find sow thing they will enjoy.

Update, the General Manager reached out to me via email. He took the time to listen to what I had to say and offered a solution. Offered to cover my next lunch to make up for the bad meal I had. I emailed back and never heard back from the place again.It was okay eating here, went for lunch. Was craving pasta. They had lunch special for $16. It would have been great if the pasta was served hot. It was cold on the top and lukewarm in the centre. Garlic toast was bit soggy from sitting there too long. Had to wait a while to get refill for my virgin ceaser. There was only one waiter by himself serving a whole restaurant. He did excellent. It seems that the management did not schedule enough staff to serve the amount of people in the restaurant. I feel that it could have gone better if they had enough staff. Next time I would just go somewhere else.

Last night we visited Famoso -West Hill again. ordered two pizza, their Prawn Rose, and Linguine Rose with Prawn (yes two similar dishes!).All dishes were very well prepared. Our hostess was funny and friendly.This visit a five star and the average of this visit and last review is 4 Stars!Thanks Famoso!My Previous Review 4 years ago:We ordered the pizza with fried egg. It was actually a pizza with a pan fried egg on top! Not cracked on the pizza to set in the oven, pan fried and throw on top.If you haven't been to Italy you may like to believe it's authentic. But Italian pizza would not get famous if that was the quality.Overall with a coupon it was a decent dining. Will go there next time I get the discount coupon.

Last week we went to Westhill Famoso pizza. We were greeted by the hostess Bella. She was smiling and very efficient. She sat us quickly at a table. The food was delicious, hot and fast. We look forward in going next week to Famoso again. It might become our new weekly treat.

I went with my staff for a nice work dinner and the service was absolutely fantastic! Food was delicious and Maryana did an amazing job accommodating for my team!! 100% recommend! You must try something from the desert menu! The Nutella pizza was delicious!!

Food is OK but not great. Way overpriced for the quality and the quantity. The chicken soup and pasta has very little pasta and chicken. For $9 I would expect more than a small bowl. Friend's pizza had very little cheese. Would have better value at MacDonald's. Manager compensated for poor experience. Not recommended.
