Disappointing. The shelves are empty and the sales clerk didn't seem too interested in helping me. I was looking for a specific embroidery floss, as well as other embroidery-related things and left with one 0.99$ item, because nothing I needed was in stock.

This place doesn’t care about customers. I never received a “ready for pickup” mail for an online order, when I complained they just said it’s ready for pickup. At the store the cashier wouldn’t even say hi. It’s like they don’t want you there.

I drove an hour to this place called in advance to make sure they had a specific fabric and when I arrived they did not have it they told me the women who spoke to me didn’t know anything somebody get this lady fired waisted two hours of my time

I do like to go there but they close so early that most of the time i have to go to michaels for yarns and needle ! Why on earth are they closing at 5:30 (and what an odd hour )

Service there is touch and go, sometimes it's awesome sometimes it's downright rude. The prices are unimpressive except in the liquidation section, below average quality quilting cotton is often more than 20$ per metre, knits are comparable in price to what smaller companies offer and the prints are not renewed that often. There is always a great selection of flannel on the other hand and their prints are renewed regularly.

Maybe if y'all complaining were polite and friendly you'd get the same kind of service. Every worker I talked to was nice and helpful.
