Blinds Plus Kelowna

We ordered blinds from Blinds Plus and unfortunately the manufacturer sent the wrong blinds, but with the right measurements. I called Dustin when they were installed and asked him to come see the error. He and the owner Melanie came down and immediately spotted the error. They took the anxiety out of my heart when they said they would reorder whatever we wanted.. We ended up changing the blind style entirely and they were so super accommodating. I have never had better service and the new blinds and installed by Ricardo went over the top to make sure we were happy and everything was perfect. They are beautiful and with their help in ordering and , with their experience, got exactly what we wanted. We would recommend anyone looking for new window treatments to have Dustin come and see to your needs. I also must mention that no one could match the price point from the beginning they offered us. Absolutely amazing service! I worked with Dustin for getting blinds for my house and he was in quick and constant contact and updated me regularly on the shipment dates, even when he went on vacation!Even though there was some discrepancies in some of the blinds, Dustin was professional and helped me all the way and solved the issue in a very timely manner.I would 100% recommend Dustin with Blinds Plus if you are ever in need of blinds.

This is the 3rd time that I have ordered blinds from Blinds Plus and again we received the best service. Dustin returned my call so quickly and was really helpful picking out the best options for our windows. We showed him an issue we had with a blind we purchased a few years ago and he said that any issues could be fixed when we installed our new blinds. The installation was so fast and the fixes for existing blinds were all looked after. It couldn't have gone smoother.

I contacted Dustin in West Kelowna to see if I could order a few clips for the valance on my blinds. He asked me to send him a picture of the clip, and within ten minutes he responded that he had them in stock. I picked them up and was told they would be free of charge. I will definitely recommend Dustin and his services to everyone I know. He was extremely friendly, helpful and quick to respond. We had motorized roller blinds installed a few years ago by Blinds Plus but we subsequently misplaced the battery charger. A phone call to Dustin at Blinds Plus and he quickly arranged for a charger to be dropped off to us. Great service!

Very happy with my blinds. Dustin was upfront and honest when it came to my budget and what would suit my house the best. The install took maybe half an hour. Nelson was also five stars!
