Anytime you walk into a business and are greeted like your important to them makes you want to come back over and over. Friendly staff, knowledgable, prices are good.It’s the reason I’ve made this business my go to for the things I need to maintain my properties !

Rude, disrespectful staff. They put these teenage girls behind the counter who don't know anything about lumber, and yet do everything they can to make you (the customer) feel like an idiot when placing an order. Their lumber prices are competitive and their selection is decent, but I'd honestly rather go to Home Depot, where I know the staff will be courteous and respectful. When I'm just trying to buy the lumber I need for a deck, I don't need some 16 yr old moron being overtly rude and unhelpful.I'll never spend my money here again. And neither should you.

Good online experience when ordering and I was quite surprised getting a personal email indicating that our doors were ordered. Rec’d a call when our products came in. We picked up our doors assuming they checked that they received the right doors. WRONG. We took our doors home (1/2 drive each way), unwrapped the first door and it was the wrong swing. My husband called and was told they would order the correct door. Recd a call a couple of days later and was told the door was ordered. I indicated our displeasure about having to make another trip and having to put our project on hold. I was told that he would see what he could do for us but never got back to me. Not great customer service.

Great local hardware store. Mix of everything you need. Staff is always very friendly, always say hello when you walk in. Clean store and. Very knowledgeable staff. The ladies there know their stuff!! If they don’t rather than sluff you off they find out answer for you pretty quick. If not in stock they get in fairly quickly for you. Lumber yard and staff helpful.

Clean friendly and they have almost everything you should need for home improvement and building.
