Signature Stone Tops

I could not recommend Signature highly enough. From when we first ordered our countertop (which was during the busy holiday season), they were the only company to be able to commit to have service done before Christmas. They went above and beyond, to make sure installation was done so we could host Christmas in our new kitchen. They had to stay late and come back early but they made sure to keep to their word. They are HIGHLY reputable and reliable. Since that time, we have had a few accidents(chips in quartz from plates) in which they have come back out within 24 hours and continue to service us SO well .....Almost 3 years later!!! We will always be loyal customers.

Deep visible scratches were made in the granite upon installation. We paid in full with good faith they would come out and look at the mistake. Months of calls and no one is correcting the mistake. I would not recommend them or use them again.

Beautiful counters, very reasonable price! They did such a nice job in my kitchen, you can't even see the seam! When the husband first saw it he said, Wow

The sales staff are great, the template guy is top notch and my kitchen and baths look gorgeous - vision complete. We did have some issues on installation where one of the larger quartz tops had an area that did not look good - and management came out and decided to replace that whole section because of that area to make it 100% right. So appreciate that they put the customer 100% first. They care about the final result and they deserve six stars for that.

Absolutely deplorable company to work with. Whether you're calling to check the status of a project or calling with an issue, be prepared to deal with the rudest people and be treated like an inconvenience.Ruth in particular gives terrible customer service. After days of chasing my tail dealing with an incomplete job and leaking kitchen sink, I asked to speak with her manager she chuckled and said she is the manager. When asked for her supervisor she outright burst into laughter and said that's the owner, her brother (as if they wouldn't care about the treatment of their customers).Good luck to all, they don't care and can't even complete their job on install days given they don't check what's in their truck and will arrive at your home and realize they can't lift the countertop.

While the work done by Signature Stone is quality, and turns out beautifully in the end, working with them is EXTREMELY frustrating. Communication and follow up is non-existent. I was told I could come choose the layout for templating and when I showed up at the designated date and time, I was told the counters were already cut and there was nothing I could do. The crew to install my counter showed up 5 hours late. An hour in, after not hearing anything and growing frustrated, I called signature to find out where they were and was told they were on the way. An hour later I called again, only to be told they were just leaving. Two hours later signature finally called me (the first time that day) to let me know they were really on the way that time. They showed up not knowing they had to tear out my existing counters. The time for the plumber to hook up my sink was never confirmed, and phone calls I made to confirm the time were not returned. Explanation about the pricing and discount for cash/check was confusing at best, and I was made to feel stupid for my lack of understanding of both that and what they mean by a dishwasher hook up (this is not the same as installation evidently). While the work they do is great, the frustration caused by the poor communication and follow through is not worth it. Find another company.

The installers were very knowledgeable and very professional and did an excellent job of installing our countertops and even made certain suggestions. It turned out beautiful we are so happy with Signature stone installers and Julie thank you.

Signature Stone Tops did an excellent job on our vanity top. They had a great selection of remnants to choose from at a great price. We are very happy with the way everything turned out and will be back once we renovate our kitchen.

Customer service from management is extremely disrespectful. They scratched our floors, cabinets, fridge. They cut our counter wrong then took weeks and weeks for it to be replaced. They took months to come back to finish the caulking and finish making a hole so we could have drinking water. Counter top lines do not match. I could keep going but I'll leave it to some of the main points A very long 4 month process. The rudeness and unprofessional manor of management was shocking. I have never left a bad review before but I would highly recommend NOT going with this company. We contracted through their company and not through a secondary company like Lowe's. I have been nothing but kind and patient and have had no replication of this. Do not regret going with this company like myself. Attached of photos of the sink not properly caulked (this was fixed but not till weeks and weeks later) You can also see where the counter is not flush with our cabinets.

We were very disappointed with our countertops from Signature Stone Tops (contracted by Lowe's). During the install, the guy repaired a chip on the edge of the countertop and failed to put down a drop cloth and splashed clear epoxy across our brand-new hickory wood floors. The company's response to this was that it was a normal part of a countertop install". We also told the guy who came to measure that we were getting new appliances so that they would leave 30" of clearance for our new range. After the countertop install
