Tea is awesome as always. Service is great! Asked for a phone charger, they did not have it at first. I said thank you and said it is okay but they still try to look for it and gave to me.Good atmosphere. Perfect!

Amazing flavour. I had the matcha latte. Striking flavour of the matcha latte tasting so good. To top it off the mousse or crème at the end was like a cherry on the top of a perfectly balanced ice cream. The location is great with lot of space within. There is a lot of options if you would like to consume from a differently constructed container namely a bear shape or a bulb. I’ll be sure to come again for another round to try other options.

You could really taste the quality with their drinks compared to other bubble tea shops.It's a bit pricier than other shops but it really shines through because of the great taste, quality and packaging. It takes a bit long but it's a specialty drink shop where it takes time to assemble the drinks and to layer them.Ordered the matcha slush with redbean and the flavour is there and blended really well. The texture of the beans have bite to it which is great since it not mushy like other stores.EveryTime we eat at this plaza we pick up a few drinks here. Delicious drinks and esthetically pleasing.Usual drinks:Lychee slush with jellyBrulee BoboWatermelon slush with cheese foam

A cute hidden gem. The only third wave specialty coffee in the area. Serving Kenyan/Ethiopian coffee. The coffee is notable for its berry and citrus flavors. The coffee is roasted in-house. The pastries are baked in-house. The butter croissant is particularly delicious and soft. The ambiance is pleasant. Very spacious and quiet. The staff are delightful.

The large size is bigger than my hand!! Great taste and size 9/10Even though it said Fresh strawberry tea with mousse but its actually slushie which I dont mind cause its both great in the hot weather.The waffle is cold by the time its delivered. The topping is very little (only on the top of the waffle). I thought topping would be covered the waffle entirely. 5/10I would like to try again at the store when i can pick up. Delivery option is a no for me.

The worst tasting boba place ever! I’ve have ordered off of Uber Eats from here one other time before and the milk they used was so awful it tasted almost spoiled.I decided to come visit the store in person to “give them a second chance” and it was not good.We ordered slush to be safe, but it was not good.The taro and lychee slush were so neon in colour it’s not even funny. Taste was horrible too! So artificially sweet and disgusting!Save your money and go else where.

Like the seats and the cream foam drinks. However the cashier lady can speak better english and have better attitude. Didn't seem very nice. Maybe it is a family franchise.

The interior of the tea shop was very nice, great for catching up with friends. The drinks and brand packaging also seems to be higher quality than most. That being said, the customer service can be improved. My friend was placing a few orders and mentioned that she actually wanted the large size instead of small. She didn’t finished paying yet, but the person making the drinks already started preparing tapioca in the smaller cups. As the cashier made the changes, the drink prep person rolled her eyes and scoffed at us in plain sight. Wow...

Affordable than mainstream bubble tea or bubble waffle joints. New and clean atmosphere inside - too bad can't dine-in. They were sold out of the earl grey ice cream. Flossy pork waffle was on the salty yet savoury side. Chocolate waffle was a bit dry for my taste. Though their Earl grey coffee delivered an enjoyable flavour fusion- must try!

The honeydew slush with mousse and tapioca WAS SOO GOOD. Its now my new favourite go to bubble tea place!!Another bonus is the staff are very nice, they were honest when it comes to wait times for the bubble waffle, which I appreciate. They also try greet every customers that walk in .size in photo is XL10/10 would recommend
