Ghosted!! Measurements were taken, and told he would give me a couple of options for quotes, but I never heard back from him. Called and left messages, but nothing. Disappointment because it really set me back on my timeframe. Next time just tell the person you can't do it.

I highly recommend this plumber. I have had poor experiences with many contractors in the Kootenays but Sheldon was quick to start on a big job and re-plumbed our house and changed the heater. He worked long hours and got the job done in record time. Despite supplies shortages and trouble with product availability, Sheldon made it work and I found him to be a clear communicator, affordable and a very hard worker. Thank you Sheldon! I will definitely be using Flow Heating & Plumbing again in the future.
