Had my eye lashes and brows tinted here today and must say I would not recommend.Technician(don't know her name because she didn't tell me) was pleasent enough but insisted that she needed to fix" my brows before tinting. The salon was busy but not chaotic. The prices are higher than at other nail salons but for the ease of getting an appointment, and the quality of the work, I think they are well priced.I paid $50 for a gel manicure but there is another gel manicure service that is supposed to help strength your nails for $60. Maybe at some time I’ll go back and try that.

This Spa will hands down give you the best quality service in Vancouver that I have seen so far. Kim and the staff will take their time to ensure your eyelashes are perfect or you medi/pedi is gorgeous or your skin gets that extra glow. I have been to many top spas in Vancouver- and yes they are physically nice but they can’t come close to what this spa does for you. The TIME they take with you makes all the difference. And the results is what keeps me coming. Thank you so much Kim and Kathy!

The lady is nice and the prices are reasonable. I paid $85 for an omega refill which is great, but they only lasted 2-3 weeks, so that's $170 every 5-6 weeks tops. They aren't as full as they could be because as you can see there's gaps and some lashes that are missing the extensions. She said there wasn't as much to do this time so she finished early even though there's clearly more she could have done for what I asked. She also picked and pulled my real lashes off and when using tape to pull the eyelids up she taped all the way up my face so when taking the tape off she took some of my eyebrow hairs off with it. All it did was hurt. I paid $110 for every 4 weeks at my previous lady and they were way fuller than what I received here. The place has been quiet and lots of room for appointments which also says something about a place to me, there's a reason it's quiet...

Highly recommend! Was easy to get an appointment. I got lash extensions, and I was very happy with them! Most places irritate my eyes, there was no eye irritation this time! And my eyelashes are beautiful and have stayed on for so long, will be returning for sure.

Omg ! this place is best for waxing specially if u want a clean and hygienic method of waxing. Kim is amazing. And the best was the Brazilian wax. I am happy that I went there and she did an amazing job!!!

I've been going to Sandy's for almost 10 years. Nothing fancy but all the staff are super nice and gentle and really reasonable.Love the pedicures; they actually massage your legs unlike the super high priced fancy places that just pretend to but don't really.

Kim is the best. Very accommodating and the best, quickest and most painless wax around
