I was referred by my dad and have had the pleasure of sending a variety of other family and extended family to see you. All who seem to forget they ever had pain! I injured my Wrist, Shoulder and Neck at work. After 18 months of being repeatedly mis-diagnosed, having bad doctors and WCB sending me for Ultrasound, MRI and many assessments with out success (hand therapy, physio, accupuncture, chiropractor, massage and even surgery!). I had surgery and it was not helpful; in fact made my problms worse and permanent. Feeling lost, chronic pain and mis-treated in so many ways, a friend referred me to Simon and his Medical team.I called Simon to explain my situation and he was optimistic he could help me and very patient to listen to my concerns and questions and answer them honestly and with ease.I entered his office and had doubts since all of the other practitioners I previously tried had let me down and I was still experiencing chronic pain. However, I was greeted by this beautiful family (Dr. Simon, Michael and Noel). Their relaxed and friendly manner put me at ease and their experience and professionalism was noticed right away.They were able to assess me instantly and know exactly where the root cause of pain was ( pinched nerve in my neck and nerve pain down my arm to my fingertips) and they were able to treat me the same day. It was painful at first, but nothing even close to the chronic pain I was experiencing daily. Over time the treatments become less and less painful as the body heals and I actually look forward to coming here now!This is a family run business and they are all exceptionaly friendly, well educated in their scope of practice, funny, caring and give exceptional results with decades of experience. The procedure is unlike anything you can find elsewhere in Canada and very affordable.I came to Simon with only 40-50% normal range of motion in my wrist, a conpletely frozen and protracted shoulder, a stiff neck and daily chronic pain and headaches at 85% of my max capacity. After only a few months of treatment (coming 2x a week and now 1x a week) I am now at 80-85% better in the range of motion in my wrist and have reduced my daily chronic pain down to only 10%!We are working together and making so much progress! I have confidence that in another month or so I will be completely PAIN FREE.Keep an open mind when you walk in their door and know you are in exceptional hands with practitioners that CARE ABOUT YOU!If you are having doubts... don't, just come!

Highly recommend Dr. Simon and his son, they are miracle workers! I suffer from lower back pain and sciatica, and they both provided incredible expertise and service with each session to help my pain. Dr. Simon aka “Dr. Torture” is very knowledgeable, attentive, and went beyond my expectations to help me, his “oil changes” are successful. Dr. Simon and Michael thoroughly explain the sessions each time, so you do not feel stressed or overwhelmed. After a 2-3 visits, I am 50% better and moving towards becoming 100%. I am able to sit and walk freely with much less pain and feeling like a new person. Grateful for the entire staff!

Dr. Simon and his son did wonders on the pinched on my back and an agonizing and painful ankle and planter fasciitis. Just a few sessions and I was pain free. ‘No pain no gain’ did wonders with my problems.

Simon is a miracle worker. I was initially referred to Simon from another patient, and I can honestly say he has changed my life.I have been a patient of his for a few years now. Initially it was to fix the pain and mobility issues I had in my neck and shoulders due to an old untreated injury. Now I only need to come back a couple of times a year for some maintenance treatments.He has eliminated the pain in my neck and shoulders and I have my mobility back again. I have had chronic pain in my wrist for over half a year due to an old unhealed sports injury. I wasn't even able to put even a fraction of my weight on it, and it has impeded my daily functions. I was referred to Dr. Hong about a year ago, for a problem that my surgeon, 2 physiotherapists, GP, chiropractor and massage therapist could not resolve. Simon and his team administered 4 or 5 treatments and I was up and moving, free of pain and accompanying severe limp. Since then, I have seen Simon for other issues and he never disappoints. Simon and his team are always so kind and welcoming and i especially appreciate a cookie and a chocolate when i leave. He has become my first stop in my health plan. But know...no pain, no gain is the motto there. The movement of energy is not always comfortable but oh so worth it. I cannot thank you enough, Dr. Hong and family.
