I had a wonderful experience in my first session with Mandy. She radiates compassion and her approach is so kind, gentle, and client-centred. When I was explaining my hair story she was patient and an active listener and she communicates with empathy. I also found her very non-judgmental and we cracked jokes back and forth. Highly knowledgeable and such a creative thinker!! I also asked her about product and regimen recommendations and I loved that she shared her opinion respectfully while also giving honest critical feedback.Struggling with your hair can take a big toll on your confidence and Mandy will make you feel like there is hope and find your spirit again! Also, her office is located in a quiet area and filled with plants and colourful decor that makes you feel like you are stopping by your old friends' house.I highly recommend Mandy for anyone seeking a trichologist who will also feel like a therapist or a friend!

Meeting with Mandy gave me a ton of clarity for a mind that was far too full and confused after reading the overwhelming amount of information online regarding hair I did on my own time before seeing her. I really feel at peace after our session and am excited on the path I was set down based on her advice. Hair issues are not a blanket statement and should really be tailored to the individual based on their circumstances , this is where the amount of information online becomes muddy and confusing when doing your own research. Mandy has an excellent , warm and caring personality and I felt very comfortable talking to her.
