ITS Staffing Solutions

This is worst agency to work with. They don’t have any protocols. If they are short of work then they ask you to sit at home without any pay or layoff but if someone take off by themself and call sick then they take it as against their rules and issue you warnings. I won’t recommend anyone to work with them.

I got hired last month through ITS Staffing Solutions to work for DB Schenker data centre (I was daytime shift). So apparently, if you want a day off, whether you're sick or not, you need to tell them a week in advance. Like okay? How are you supposed to know when you're going to be sick on a specific day?? I don't get this logic.Another thing, they would call you at odd times. Sometimes 4am, 5am, or even 3am to work 12-13 hours for morning shift and sometimes 7 days a week with no days off. And this was constant and they didn't care if you worked or not. All they wanted was results. I got a call from ITS saying my assignment has been cancelled and the only reason they told me was that I had was poor attendance". This excuse is not enough as they don't care if you're sick or if you're late. In a way

Very unprofessional and no rules or protocols hiw to apply for a job or the hiring process.Have to call them to know if they are hiring ..

I found them to be racist and non professional! And very dishonest!The whole place was full of Indians who spoke their language almost all the time. When I asked for assistance or directions, a supervisor would speak to my partner in “their” language directing them on how to show me what to do right in my presence!When I complained about it, ITS simply sent me an email saying that work has slowed down and therefore they no longer had work for me. They said they would let me know when the work picks up. Obviously the work has never picked up again even if they keep hiring new people!!Don’t waste your time applying here if your not Indian, you will be hired for a week simply to help them show diversity in their paper work !

It’s worst agency. ITS staff is very rude and disrespectful. They don’t know how to talk with others. They deserve rating below zero. I recommend not to work with ITS. They treat their employees like slaves.

i have been to this place twice over the last couple of years filled out all the forms watched the work safe vidoe i called atleast 6 times for work and all i got was a rude reply but during the interview process she said there was lots of work i got tired of calling and hearing the same excuse made no sence to me

I applied for a warehousing position which my friend referred me too, he told me they had a large opening for new employees so there would be no hesitation in me being hired. I applied on a Thursday and was told I could start work in less than 2 weeks, I was told to call them the following Tuesday for confirmation reasons. When I called on Tuesday they told me too call the next day and didn't give me a reason why the process was taking longer than expected... When I called the next day they told me they were unsure of the availability at the warehouse when I clearly applied at a time when they had more than enough space for new employees...

Wish i could give no star. They are scammers. They prefer people who are illegal to work in canada and pay them less wages by cash. You will be asked to quit if you raise any questions against typical indian supervisors there. I was asked to resign over my medical condition. Report them to workBc and workforce, so that these scammers get stopped.

If u get assigned to a job it should be the same job when you go there not a different position than u were told .... so when u quit your supposed to be paid within 6 days but they don't. ...they wait the 2 weeks 2 pay u as they go threw a 3rd party company. ... I can see they will have lots of complaints to the labor board
