Sue definitely provided us with substantial information that can save lives! She was very engaging and articulate enough to explain all the details to our young kids who would usually not pay attention to adult conversations. What’s best is that Sue never failed to answer my call or messages whenever I had questions and concerns. The after-sales support is great!
