Excellent team. My current mortgage broker was not doing anything for me to keep my rate competitive. Matt was able to get me new and competitive rates within the hour (and let me know how long everything would take so I knew what timelines I was working with). Him and Chris, along with their team, were able to work alongside partners to help me across the bridge, so to speak (Quebec). Everything was seamless with their team and Matt was available for any questions or concerns I had along the way… and I did ask a lot of questions. I never once felt like I was being troublesome, they welcomed it. We will be returning when it comes to renewing out mortgages in the future. Thank you!
