I read reviews in Google and was hesitant to be a customer at CIBC but I decided to go for it. I have always had good experience at CIBC! The staff was very friendly and informative when I need assistance. Personally, I also like how the CIBC website has information that I want to know, easy to read and understand.

I always have a phenomenal experience with Sean Sui. I can't recommend his services enough--he's an intelligent and personable financial advisor with a wealth of knowledge and a deep interest in finding tailored solutions to his clients' financial goals. Sean has set me up for success from day one, helping me understand which accounts would best suit my lifestyle and how to divide my savings into a wide portfolio of funds. I'm extremely pleased with the results of his efforts and the one-on-one service he provides to me and my savings. I don't trust anyone else with my money like I do Sean.

Out of country service is abysmal. 7 hours on the phone trying to get them to understand I need my expired cards couriered, not mailed. Without my new cards, I can't access my account to withdraw money or access my account online. I emailed and called, and nothing. So I am putting all fees, etc on to them, I don't care anymore. Corey at the Douglas street location never responds, no one does. If they can't do their jobs and I can't access my accounts, even though I've tried for 3 months now to simply get a card couriered to me, then THIS IS ON THEM. I am changing my bank from CIBC to another.

Very terrible service as they gave me hard time getting my money as the lady treated me like I am not a Canadian citizen and asked me for a permanent residence card yet I am a citizen.
