I’ve been to this medical centre a few times and have had no issues. But today pushed me over the edge. It clearly stated on the website walks ins welcome until 5pm. I got off work at 4pm it was the only time I could come. I got there at 4:20 and they turned me away stating “we aren’t taking walk ins” so I was lied to either by your website or by the staff here. All I wanted to do was get checked as I’ve been sick for a few days. I honestly left crying just upset that I came for no reason.

My wife had a terrible experience here. The doctor was arrogant and rude when asked about follow up and was told she was late when it was a walk in appointment. Absolutely up hauling and unprovoked behaviour.

I've been going here for the past few months. Mostly to get my annual check up. Each of the staff works really hard, are very patient. Dealing with the public is never a easy job but these ladies are working very hard with the difficult challenging job they have. Despite this they are kind and helpful. And deserve commendation. Doctor Rosan has been helping me and he is an excellent doctor. Thank you Everyone for your hard work and the amazing service you offer to the public here in edmonton.

Waited an hour and a half to finally have the displeasure of meeting Dr. Carl Rosenstock who was very rude and was not interested in helping. He was very rushed and before I can finish explaining why I'm here, he was quick to dismiss me. If you are seriously looking for a family practitioner, do not go here. I saw several bugs creeping the lobby as well. The staff looked dead inside

Two stars only because the last few times the front staff have been pleasant. Doctor Rosenstock is rude and dismissive and the first time I went in his mask had a coffee stain on it a week later the same mask with a stain and then over a month later the same crusty stained disposable mask.

Dr Rosenstock is really good! My husband has coughed like thundering for 2 weeks for days and nights making his chest muscle very painful! Finally, he got no choice but going anywhere accepts walk in patients on Good Friday. Thank Dr R for prescribing medication that works immediately and reduces his cough and discomfort greatly.

I had been going to Kensington Medical to see Dr Saad who I very much liked, but he ended up leaving the clinic. I was referred to both Dr. Shenuda and Dr Rosenstock. I found both very abrupt, border line rude, and more interested in getting me out of the clinic rather than treating me. Dr S once even took a call on her cell phone during one of my prenatal appointments and never even returned. I have since left the clinic to seek better treatment and care elsewhere.

Drove here from Morinville because it said online that they welcomed. Walk-ins was instantly turned away, saying they are not taking Walk-ins. Yep, I can say this will be the first and last time I ever use their services.

Friendly and accomodating staff, it’s nice that they have a pedia 6x a week I could just bring my kids in with no problem. I gave a two stars becuase I asked for referal for my daughter a month ago and still no call back. I think the doctor forgot to send a referal as he mentioned he will do it before his shift is done. So idk what happened. I went to my family doctor (different clinic) instead and after a day I got a call back.

Drove here because it said there open tell 4pm got here and nothing. They are closed. Update your hours on google for Christ sake. Could’ve been on the list at another clinic hadn’t I wasted time here first.
