Tony and his team did an amazing job with all our rental for our event back in Sep2020. We had a canceled venue so they moved everything from one venue to another on a very short notice during Covid. He was a lifesaver and we can not thank him and his team enough. Overall everything went very smooth from drop off to pick up. Would use D&D again in a heart beat.SZ

It was my second time renting event equipment from D&D Party Rentals and everything is done and carried out so seamlessly from the moment I placed my rental order to drop-off. I appreciate the courtesy calls and the help of the staff loading and unloading the equipment from my vehicle. The staff is super friendly on call and in-person! Highly recommend for your next event, and the prices are reasonably priced for their equipment.

We rental a number of items for our wedding including tent, dance floor, dishes, glassware, cutlery and linens. All of the rental equipment looked good with the exception of the tent being a bit dirty on the top (I didn't even notice but someone else did). Our issues were that when I STARTED talking to a rep (Andrew), he seemed so friendly and prompt in his responses until I gave the deposit, then we wouldn't hear from him for weeks and had to call in every time we wanted information. Then he argued that we never paid the deposit and after he confirmed with the accounting department that we had, told us that if we want any more information related to any financial questions, we're to reach out to the accounting department, not him and seemed to get VERY rude and short with us. So the wedding day is soon approaching and I try getting ahold of Andrew to confirm what date and time they're coming to set everything up and must have asked him about 6 times or this information and EVERY time received a response requesting for me to send the rest of the money without ever answering my question. So I send the money assuming I'll then get a response and a week passes without an email back acknowledging receipt of the payment or advisory of when everything will be set up with less than a week to the wedding and again I have to call in to get this information. I NEVER heard from Andrew since then. Additionally, we ordered butter knives to go with the full matching cutlery set and instead of thinking common sense and sending us dinner knives" or even confirming with us before hand

We have relied on Massimo and the team at D & D for years to make sure our charitable event is a success. Massimo is extremely helpful and responsive as we plan and prepare for our event. No matter what products they have provided which has included everything from large and small tents, stage, tables, chairs and more - the event day team has been on time, extremely adaptable, efficient, helpful and polite. A great company.

Massimo and his installers could not have been more reliable or nicer to deal with when we rented a tent and a few other items for our daughter's recent wedding. He was super-organized, everything was delivered and picked up on schedule, and they were very helpful in explaining what to do if we decided to remove walls on the day of the event. They made things very easy and stress-free. Would definitely rent from them again.
