The team at Thermal Concept is extremely knowledgeable and just amazing. We’ve used them for furnace maintenance in the past and most recently they replaced our 27 year old AC unit with a new energy efficient unit. They assessed our old unit and tried to take measures to extend the life for us but it was just too far gone. They were back less than 24 hours later with a new unit, meeting our needs and requests exactly. The installation team worked meticulously, non-stop in the blazing heat to install, They were courteous, kind and professional the whole way through. I highly recommend their services.

When our furnace tapped out on the coldest day so far in 2021 I am glad we called Joe at Thermal Concepts. He immediately made our call a priority and rerouted his technician to our home . I called at 8:30 am and they were at our home by 9am. Everything went smoothly when we decided not to repair our 20 + year old furnace and replace it instead. Again, Joe was quick to locate the model of furnace we needed and everything done that day. His technician , Rob, was very professional and put in a long day to help us get heat back into our home. Our 18 years old Furnace stopped working and the evaporator coil was all frozen. The house was not getting cold at all. Joe showed up the next day, calculated the right tonnage of furnace required and quoted us the best price for the furnace and AC install. Everything was installed in a day with new Air Purifier and HEPA air cleaner suggested by Joe. Joe and his team are top notch. Very knowledgeable, professional, honest and helpful. They have installed steam humidifiers and air purifier systems for us. They also do our annual furnace maintenance. Whenever we call they are very responsive and can answer any questions. Highly recommend.

Within a few hours, a technician was at my home, fixed the problem, and gave me some valuable tips that could save me thousands on a new furnace. The specialist Nicholas was professional and quick, and helped me change the filter on the humidifier that I never realized needed to be changed!

The quality of work is exceptional. Rob, our service technician, was considerate, extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and worked efficiently. In addition to installing a new furnace and air conditioner, Rob installed a new thermostat, and connected our existing humidifier to the new furnace. I highly recommend.
