This store makes you feel very welcome!! Every single staff member that we came across asked us if we needed assistance. More times than not, it's difficult to find that in a hardware store. Everyone was very friendly and genuine! Special shout-out to Sharon and Greg from the Customer Service desk. They were very knowledgable and helpful and we're able to provide us with the information we required. We will be back!

One of the rudest store clerks I've had the displeasure of dealing with was at this store. She wasn't helpful, nor knowledgeable. I won't be back.

Chloe was helpful, thanks. Bad experience trying to buy a floor model pergola. Price tag labeled $1199 with hand written note it was last one". Ask for discount and are told floor models get 10% off. we say OK and agree to purchase but are told we have to see Sue at service desk. Service desk ended up giving us reason to walk out without any purchase made. It is in fact not the last one

Today I ordered a box of drywall compound, was told it would be ready in 15 minutes (and it was) paid for it, and it was wheeled outside on a cart, the staff member informed me that the box could not be carried as it was falling apart, I said could you not go get a different one, she got an empty cardboard box, which also fell apart when the box of mud was placed inside of it, and said, there thats better. I asked again for a different box altogether, was told no, to which i said then take it back, ill drive to kanata for it, then all of a sudden, they were able to get me a different box, when she brought it out she informed me that she had to go all the way to the back for it, I dont see why I should be made to feel like an unreasonable person when they try to sell damaged goods to paying customers. This is not the first bad experience I have had there recently, but it is the final straw, I will not darken their door again, and will drive to kanata or carleton place. Hard to support local when this is the level of service recieved.

Great Place to buy lumber and just about anything. Staff is very helpful and know what they are doing. Very competitive pricing as well.

Hours are a bit shorter than the big boxes in the city but the knowledgeable and super friendly staff more than make up for it.

It is one of my go to stores. However today I encountered not so pleasant clerk at the service desk. When I asked a question he simply told me to look it up on Google!!
