Dr. Shima and Dr. Al were amazing. They are both very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.They took the time to explain everything to me and show me photos of the tooth as they went along and made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. The whole office has a nice, relaxed, friendly vibe to it. Highly recommended!

Myself and my family have been patients of Dr. Mackie’s office since opening his practice and could not imagine a better team or environment for dental services. Euan & his team create such an amazingly pleasant & relaxed atmosphere (yes, even fun!) that any anxiety, regardless of age and past experiences, simply dissipate. I had such a great first appointment at Bel Canto Dental! I felt initially anxious because it’s been so long since my last dental visit due to covid. However, I left feeling excited because dr Al fixed my oral problems and gave me useful tips to maintain good oral health. Dr Al made me feel comfortable and confident about my smile! Dare I say it, they gain my trust!

I had a filling replaced today with Dr. Mackie and his wonderful team. I must say the experience was amazing. I have never enjoyed going to a dentist but today was something different. No pain or discomfort and everyone was making sure I was okay, every step of the way. Dr. Mackie and his team are spectacular. Thanks!

Bel Canto Dental office is first class.The staff and doctors are super friendly. Greeted and started dating almost immediately upon arrival. I admit that my son is anxious about dental treatments, but the professional and courteous staff clearly explained the procedures, scope of work, and dental plan and patiently answered all questions. My entire experience with Dr. Mackie's team has always been first rate. After 12 years away; I have now returned to Vancouver and Dr. Mackie's practice.I will be the first to acknowledge that for myself, going to the dentist is filled with trepidation.Having said that; after my first visit back yesterday for cleaning with Elnaz...I left there almost singing! The difference in the level of care compared to my previous dental office was dramatic.The surroundings are like an elegant spa; certainly not a 'traditional' dental office. The music combined with the holistic approach really turns into an experience for both body and soul.All of this from a dental office. Imagine!
