Amazing family run business where you feel like you just bought a big bike purchase from a friend. They know their stuff and was very honest about products and what they thought would be best for what we needed. Purchased a bike for myself and hubby and hopefully soon for our 7 year old! Would highly recommend them.

Unbelievable family Joan, Doug and Corey and so dedicated, helpful, knowledgable, patient and nice. My full suspension Marin mountain bike is excellent quality and is even better to me than how great people say it is. I highly recommend this amazing bike from California for its decent components and value for how well it compares to more expensive brands. It is perfect as it kinda floats along and is very popular the Marin Rift Zone, it has awesome reviews by so many other folks and companies on Google and YouTube. Thanks Waterloo Bike Shop also on quality components like an excellent dropper post, other accessories and price especially since I bought the bike there. If you do buy a bike they will tune it up for free every year if you take it in to them in the off season consistently. Unreal business that was fun thanks again see you soon!

Our family has purchased a couple of bikes from Doug and his family. I just got a new set of wheels and a few other accessories recently. I love this store. Not only are the employees friendly, but they are knowledgeable, honest, hard-working and all-around great people to deal with. I have been to lots of other bike stores, but this place is my new go-to!

I came in on the weekend with a bent derailleur hanger and was disappointed that I would likely miss riding that weekend. In my experience, bike shops usually take at least a couple of days for repairs during their busy season. Doug and his team took care of me on the spot and saved my weekend of riding. Very thankful for their prompt attention and great customer experience!

Wonderful experience. New bike for my wife. An around town sit up tall, classic cruiser with removable basket (sold separately). They were easy to work with and knowledgeable. The store has all the basic needs of most riders. Kudos

STAY AWAYAsked them to replace the tube in my rear bike tire. They charged me almost 50 dollars, what's the result?Size is wrong, markings are wrong, service done poorly that didn't match the invoice/receipt and to what I agreed to pay. The tube they installed lasted only for a few rides.They are overcharging and misrepresenting their service. Nothing but a scam.

One of the best retail experiences I've had this year. The owner, Doug, is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Not only that, but I later purchased a bike rack and other accessories from the store and Doug made sure they were installed on my bike as soon as possible. I will continue to return to this shop for all my bike needs and service.

My son crashed his mountain bike last year - With the low bike inventory due to Covid we looked at the option to repair it. Cory and Doug were awesome.. they reviewed the bike and were able to make it work at an affordable price. You can tell they care and are knowledgeable. The best part was it was repaired in 24 hrs. Really good service, the day I visited them they were clear about their inventory and the options they could offer me, I bought a marin eldridge and they tuned it up nicely, their customer service is really good.
