Very bad service especially inside. Priority is given to drivethru, while indoors you are waiting 20 mins for your order. They have 6 employees 1 on drivethru 1 on cash, 1 on making sandwiches and 3 to supervise... go figure

They don’t listen to the order and then screw it up. This has happened three times now. The drive through is terrible for not listening or understanding. And when we tried to clarify that they understood the order, they were rude “it’s ok madame, I got it!” … and then they clearly did not get it.

Disappointed, ordered 2 Club Tim sandwiches but 1 was BLT ... Suggest you check order before driving away.. happens often even at different outlets

Only one cashier for nightshift. Waited 15 minutes to get served. Also, rather than cleaning up a mess with the mop, they are wasting napkins to absorb it.
