Me and my wife bought a double bed and night tables plus a sofa and 3 chairs and 2 sets of mattress. We were extremely happy with their prices, quality and service Raj was very helpful and honest. We highly recommend this store.

I bought a queen box along with the stand, got it delivered to my home only to realize that I needed a double bed box. I called and he got it replaced at no extra delivery cost. Awesome!!!

Worst Customer Service, they don't know how to serve the customer. We bought a mattress in March and got promised that if there is any problem for next one year its under warranty and it got worst just after a month, informed the owner regarding the issue and he replied that there is nothing to do with this. After requesting several times to either replace the mattress or refund the money. He is keep promising us every single week to visit our home and see the mattress since two months and he didn't show up. We called him today as well and he replied the same will come next week. Called him more than ten times but all in-vain. Never go there

I got a sofa from Neil's. The quality of the product is exactly how we saw in the showroom. We were very happy to receive the product and delivery guys also handled it pretty well.The owner Raj is very cordial and speaks with great professionalism

I had such an amazing experience at this store all the staff is so friendly and helpful, especially Alisha who went above and beyond to help me and my daughter find the perfect bed and mattress. I got my chest of drawers from the, my two night table and my loveseat and let me tell you the service I received was amazing, the payment was east to set up and everything was delivered on time. Raj literally came to my loveseat and when he found out I didn't have a drill, he came back toy house to screw the legs on for me. Got my brother to get his set from there and I have another cousin who will be getting a set from there as well. Would absolutely recommend that you check them out. Amazing service. Anything I need again I will definitely be going back.

DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE! They claim that they can customize but they don't. There idea of customize is you being able to select your colour. I ordered a couch and asked for them to customize it by including a chase. Instead of receiving an attached chase, I got a something that the sales guy called a floating ottoman that kept shifting whenever someone would sit on it.And to make matters worse the foam from the couch started to come out of the billows after just one week, due to a broken zipper. I had to make four unannounced visits to the store, countless calls and wait about a month before someone come to fix the couch.It's shame that you must provide a star, because these guys should have a minus star.I WOULD NEVER, EVER PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN! Just go to The Brick next door.

Furniture is very poor quality. King size bed broke after 10 months of having it. The wood literally cracked as I was sleeping. Called the store multiple times to get a replacement part got no help at all.

We bought custom made double bed set for my kid from them. Its looks fine but very poor finishing. They should tell this before..bed edges are very sharp and danger for kids..my kid get cuts from sharp edges, we ask them for exchange but they refused to exchange. So pls who ever planning to buy custom made bed for kids , go somewhere else.. even mattress is very poor quality. We know beds are resonable in price but they are very unsafe.. we are literally throwing away the whole bed set , can't even resell as it's so unsafe!!!
