604 Inspections

The report showing dishwasher inspected and when we meet in-person they also saying its inspected. However, when I moved in and trying to use the dishwasher for the first time its not working. Upon checking the report detail it didn’t say anything about dishwasher (including no picture) whatsoever provably because it was assumed working properly.Not sure whether the dishwasher was tested by just checking the power or do actual cycle run. In the end, I have to put additional time and money for repairing dishwasher.

Upon nearing my home purchase, I searched local home inspectors for a new home purchase in the tri-cities and Neil had great reviews. He was also recommended by my realtor. Neil did a great job, was responsive and easy to schedule in a short time period. He even spotted some pot burns on the counter that the sellers realtor had tried to cover up with brochures during initial viewings. Neil has done a couple of inspections for us. His reports are always very clear and detailed, he walks through his findings with you at the end of his inspection. He highlights things to be aware of but also is very realistic about how important things may or may not be. He was very easy to work with and a great communicator.
