I can't say enough good things about this company and the workers. I bought a home and sadly found asbestos in the attic which was very upsetting. However Mike and his team were so amazing to work with. Mike called back right away, came out fast and worked with my time frame, his staff was so friendly and respectful and the job was done professionally with air testing. They left not a trace of asbestos. I couldn't be happier and I would totally recommend them to anyone and I would use them again if needed.

Great experience with this company. Mike and his crew are wonderful! They came in and completed their work in the time frame as promised. The space was left very clean when they were done, and we received an air quality report upon completion. Also, they went above and beyond taking care of a burst pipe (not associated with their work) as we were not at the property when it happened. Highly recommend Garden City Environmental to anyone in need of their services.

We had asbestos in our attic. Mike came on short notice and gave us his quote and then a time he could do the work. They were great to explain each step of the process to us and as well let us know just what they found while the work was being done. Great company to work with!

We used this company to remove asbestos-containing vermiculite from our attic. Our experience was excellent. They were knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They left everything very neat and clean. I would highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Mike Legall from Garden City Environmental Services. We hired them to remove asbestos from pipes in the attic. They provided a very good service. They arrived on time and cleaned up the work space and surrounding areas. Their services were delivered on schedule and in accordance with the estimate. I would use them again if the situation arises.

We had this team do our vermiculite asbestos abatement in our attic. Obviously, it's expensive and my husband and I really debated hiring someone or blundering through it ourselves. I'm so glad I went with this company - they were professional, tidy, fast, and nice/helpful. My husband was dealing with them more, but they answered all his questions through the job, even gave us information not particular to the job (but to the house). Michael and his team removed asbestos tile in my basement and they were absolutely wonderful to deal with. Michael came promptly to provide a quote and was very detailed outlining what we should expect. They were able to do the work in a timely manner. The whole team was very knowledgeable and friendly and made the whole procedure very easy. When they were finished Michael took me around to show me everything that was completed.
