Good work and was finished in time

I am very disappointed with the work that this body shop has done to my vehicle. I took my car back to them three times, and my bumper was still not fitting properly. I had to call and argue with sgi to take my vehicle somewhere else where they found more issues with the work that was done previously by this shop.I have to get a new front bumper, (They either didn’t actually get a new bumper or the bumper they got was damaged and they had to do repairs on it) a RT headlamp that was damaged either from them during removal and installation or in the accident and they didn’t notice it. New RT fender liner, and a few brackets and spacers for that area. Plus a bunch of plugs in my trunk and tail lamp areas that they “forgot” to put back in. I had noticed that my trunk was wet after driving in the rain. Their welds are not up to SGI standards and might not hold up in a collision and there is weld burn on my outer panel. So that means that I have to get the area painted again inside and out. They also “forgot” to put corrosion protection on.I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. The overall damage from my hit and run was estimated at 10,000$ and after getting my car reevaluated approximately 4,500$ is required to fix the damage caused by this shop. This has been quite the headache and if I didn’t have another vehicle to drive I would once again be without transportation to get to school and work. I am upset because if I were to get into another collision, my vehicle wasn’t fixed properly and is not up to sgi standards and I could get seriously injured. Think twice before wasting your time coming here. They even tried to use glue to hold my bumper on and duct tape to hold pieces together.

It’s my go to place for windshield replacement. Great work and I’m not a fan of the other glass shops in town

Owner has anger management issues. Did a repair on my car and when I nicely pointed out some of the less than quality work on my vehicle, went ballistic" and threw me out of his shop. He is also verbally abusive. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!"

They are very good at what they do

Very friendly and positive staff there. They really helped me out when I was in a pickle and was able to get me back in a vehicle faster than other similar shops. Would definitely recommend this place if you have damage to your vehicle!
