Processed a return at this location and told the cashier 3 separate times that I did not have the same gift card I had used to purchase the items and she continued say that’s okay and brush off what I said. She then completed the return but putting the money automatically back onto the gift card that I had thrown away. Finally after completing the transaction she realized what I meant. Got no apology whatsoever they asked me to contact customer service to have it resolved and did nothing in store for me expect provide me with more work because of their mistake. Poor service

manager was incredibly rude and disrespect towards me. treated me like i was beneath the earth and not a human. just because you are a position of power doesnt mean you should look down on us customers. show some respect. most of the sales associates were kind and understanding though, so i appreciate them.

I was paying for my stuff and I forgot that I couldn’t tap if my total was over 50. The cashier laughed at me very rudely. She also was yelling at my friend the stop touching the clips when they were just trying to buy them. And she assumed their gender just because of the clothes they were wearing

The worst customer service from a manager (glasses, short brunette - Oct. 27, 2021) at the Metrotown location. This manager was not only rude but showed that clearly, she didn't care about her customers at all. She acted as if she hates her job and didn't want to be at the store working. No help was given, impolite and unprofessional attitude. Garage please hire better managers that will enjoy their job and care about their customers. Very disappointing!

Wow this is concerning. I could not be left alone the entire I was there. If you even reach for something someone comes up asking for your size and to remember their name. I had 4 separate sales people come up to me asking the same regurgitated statement. I feel AWFUL for the people who work here. Theres deoderant stains on the shirts, the air vents are caked in dust, and the constant in your face approach to sales just made me dizzy. They do not leave you alone. Definitely avoiding this place.

instead of keeping track of who’s in each changing room, one of the workers literally peeked inside my room to see if anyone was in there. i had just put clothes on, but imagine if she peaked in a few seconds earlier. i left the room later and the other worker folding clothes looked at me up and down, gave me a dirty look, and didn’t say anything at all when i was giving back the clothes i tried on. didn’t tell me what to do with the clothes so i just left them on the pile.

I went to this store on Oct. 26thand the machine was broke up so even though i didn't buy anything i paied my 100$. and no recepit. so the worker who has a dot next to her nose, she told me 'i'll refund 100$. and it takes 2-3 weeks.' but it's been a month they don't figure about my refund. it's unfair and now i'm in my own country that's the only way is call and appealing my refund but they say just 'i don't get it.' it doesn't make sense and i'll call and send an e-mail everyday so cancle it. if you don't i'll sue you.

The clothes are great but the people working are extremely rude. Practice mindfulness, kindness, inclusivity, and compassion. The fact that you work there does not entitle you to treat others the way you do.
