We absolutely love our pool that Joe and his team created for us!! The quality and workmanship are top notch. Joe created a beautiful plan for our yard, carefully working with existing parts of our yard that we wanted to remain, and married the two sections together to look cohesive and as if they were installed together. He and his team were always on time, professional to make sure everything looked perfect.Being this is our first pool, the education Joe has provided us has been fantastic as well. He gave us a detailed orientation on how to operate and maintain everything, and has been extremely responsive by phone for all our questions about maintenance (i.e. chemicals etc) since.Thank you Joe and team for all your amazing work and care to transform our yard into our own little slice of heaven! I highly recommend him and his team to make your dreams come alive too!

Joe and his team were great to work with on our concrete pool. The communication was good regarding project start date and throughout and although there was a slight delay to the start because of material supply chain issues (no fault to them) it was communicated well. When the project did begin every step was explained along the way and the crew showed up every day until completion. We were very happy with the end results.

First of all, I am writing this review from my pool. We are not even a full week in and our experience has been family altering.Our experience began when we were recommended to, Joe of Exterior Pools and Concrete, via word of mouth from a friend. I handled all of the quotes for my wife and I from start to finish. Joe’s pricing is very fair to begin with, you can book him and his team knowing that you’re being treated more than fairly in the pricing department. The upside comes after the pricing and laying down your deposit (which I can guarantee will lead to a celebration with your wife/significant other).Joe came to our house and reviewed our backyard layout. We initially were going to lay out our pool horizontally. We had approximately 5-6 different people visit prior to linking up with, Joe. None of them challenged the layout and merely quoted the business, some at an egregious price.Joe came in and consulted with my wife and I over a coffee and slowly analyzed our layout. It was, at least in my opinion, an old school approach of understanding what we wanted over conversation. Joe recommended we run the pool the length of our backyard to help conserve vital space in the back right corner of our yard. If not, we would have been left with a vast amount of dead space that we would no longer have accessed, thus reducing our backyard.The morning that I called Joe to tell him that our pool was full with water and that he could come and officially open for us, he was literally here within 40 minutes. This was a phone call with an eager customer (me) at 7 am. He answered the call and made the opening happen!!!We decided to go with a rock face edge finish and a liner we thought we were somewhat concerned with upon install. Wow, what a finish. The rock face look we have, paired with what looks to be a Caribbean seafloor, we couldn’t be happier.We have spent the last several days exposing our 10 month old baby to the water, slowly introducing our new backyard to family and friends and merely enjoying for ourselves. The result upon reveal is always the same, WOW!Joe, we would like to thank you and George specifically for working diligently to make sure our project is everything we dreamed it could be! Your electrical and gas team were very seamless to deal with. The team that finished our pool floor were very clean and efficient.Overall, you’re not going to find a better product out there. Do yourself justification and ensure you call Joe and his team to install your pool. It’s going to change your backyard and your entire lifestyle for the best. We gave Joe a tough project with a small odd shaped backyard in a naigbourhood where the ground level varies and found a way to make it work.The crew we had was new but Joe was there everyday to oversee them and make sure they were doing a good job.He listened to our vision and offered good suggestions to improve on them, We are happy with the overall install and brought him back to winterize it.

I contacted Joe from Exterior Pools and Concrete in January of 2020, the day after New Years. We had numerous other contractors come out and provide us with quotes, but Joe was different. We searched high and low for someone who would tackle our project. When I first met Joe, our backyard was a blank slate. We shared with him our ideas and vision for what we were hoping to achieve.After our many meetings, we knew Joe was the man for the job. He was the only one who came in and didn't try to install the biggest pool we could fit into our space. I could tell from the start that Joe was proud of his work. Joe provided us with an experience where we never felt like it was just another project. He was always a quick phone call away and always kept us in the loop when it came to deadlines and scope of work.Our project began in June of 2020. I thought we would be delayed as a result of the pandemic, but Joe and his crew worked to make it happen. So what's the difference? Why exterior pools and concrete? Joe surrounds himself with a crew of trades that equally share in his passion for creating works of art.The end result was a backyard that blew us away. Joe and his crew created a backyard get-a-way that we will use for many years to come.Joe, from our family to yours, thank you for everything. Only thing left to do is to fire up the pizza oven and enjoy. You always made yourself available via phone call or text. You even came down on your own time after hours to help me out. Joe has been amazing and made our little dream project a reality.He was able to deliver where other companies were reluctant to even participate.Joes pricing was fair and competitive.We arranged with Joe late 2021 for a 2022 project which was completed timely.One thing that sets Joe apart is his personal touch.
