London Nails Club

I've been three times so far and I've been pleased with each experience. The salon is clean and my biogel manicures always last well over two weeks.

I went yesterday to have my nails filled. I was told bio gel would last longer . My nails started chipping less than 24 hrs and started lifting. My nails were different lengths and I had multiple people working on my nails. I went to another salon tonight to have them fixed and it costs less money and looks great. Very disappointed and won't recommend this salon

This was my second visit to London Nails Club, and Kay did an amazing job on a re-fill with colour change. She was very attentive to details like uniform thickness of nail, and congruent shape. It is very evident that Kay is passionate about her work through her diligent performance. She was very kind and polite, and offered suggestions about colour undertones, which I found to be very thoughtful gesture! She was understanding when I had sudden change of mind for colour, and motivated to find a polish that matched a colour I picked out (that initially was powder only). Kay’s assistance demonstrated to me that she values the concerns from her clients, and I would highly recommend her service!I intend to return again due to this wonderful experience!

Thoroughly enjoyed getting my nails done from here, I would always get the dip powder and that really helped grow my nails (no acrylics) The person who I always asked for was Hannah. Amazing job she did, very attentive and would listen to what would like and anything fun I wanted to try, would always give good suggestions.

I only go here to get my nails done. Tammy and her girls are always hilarious and do the most for brides and their bridesmaids. Highly recommend, especially for wedding parties!

I’m very particular with my nails and they are more than happy to take their time with me. AMAZING colour selection- the most I have ever seen! They offer regular polish, shellac, dip powder, and acrylic nails along with many other services.

I went there last Saturday (5 days ago), and the staff was nice and friendly. I asked for shellac nail polish, and the lady asked me if I want to cut the nails a tiny bit I said yes. she cut the left hand nails, then another lady came to help with the right-hand nails and each hand was different than the other! They had to cut the nails of the left hand again and that make me very upset but I didn't say a word. Bad quality nail polish (it’s gone) and absolutely the lady has no experience at all! It seems like I was the first customer she ever had!the manager saw that I wasn’t satisfied with the results so she asked if I have time to redo the nail polish again (after spending 1.5 hours there). I couldn’t spend much more time there so she gave me a “”$5”” card but I will not go there again, it is just a waste of time and money

Yesterday was my first time going to this salon and I absolutely couldn’t be happier. The staff were so kind and it’s easy to tell that’s they really care about their customers. My nails were a bit of a tricky design and they were done perfectly, and even the price was amazing!! Overall I’m so happy with my experience at this salon, and will 100% be going there every time I need my nails done!

While she did a good job on my nails, she was very rude, and aggressive while handling my hands.She burnt me with the electric file twice as she was rushing to finish.At one point, she spoke in her language about me in which other technicians came over to look at my hands. Not telling me why. I felt outcasted and embarrassed.She up and left after my last coat without even an acknowledgement that I was done so I just got up and paid assuming I was finished and I just wanted to leave.I'm not the type to speak up but I felt this whole appointment was demeaning.I cannot recommend this place.
