SInce I had the unfortunate experience of being hit by other car twice in town in a short period of four months, I have had to deal with all the stress associated with an accident for a second time.Since my first dealing with Assured service was so impressive, all I wanted to do was to go back to Assured Mississauga North to fix my car and, at the same time, heal my soul with their friendly and assuring customer service.The quality of craftsmanship is evident in the repair work and I really appreciate the emotional support provided by everyone at the reception and by the technicians who provided regular updates on the repair process.Certainly a very impressive work on the car and a healing experience for the customer.For all that I am sincerely grateful.

i wish it was possible to give them a zero star. awful, awful, awful, awful, nightmare company. i worked for them for 10 yrs. best decision of my life leaving this awful company. i got so many notices from CRA and other government agencies asking me to to pay lots of money back because the t4 they sent to CRA does not match the T4 they mailed to me. i left so many voice msgs to HR, accounting and even head office to call me back and let me know why two different t4. they refused to call me back. i really really hate this company. it used be a great company a long time ago. stay far away from this awful company.

The team here is phenomenal. It's been my 3rd time using Assured at this location and everytime the transaction has been handled with great attention and care. During all the touch points of the process, I was kept up to date and in a timely manner and small touches like a warm handoff goes a long way. The work has never been anything but exceptional so I have full confidence to recommend them to anyone who needs thier services.

They made the repair process simple and easy to follow. Cost wasn't the cheapest nor the most expensive. I would return if I ever need there services again.

How do I give them 0 stars? Crooks. Highway robbery. My 70 yr old Mom went in for an estimate for some MINOR damage. They provided a quote for nearly $2000 dollars. I knew it was ridiculous. Went to another shop. They guy laughed and said he’d fix it in about 10 minutes at no charge. These guys are the reason why insurance premiums are so high. Stay away.

These guys are very busy or taking their time. It took them month and a half to get an estimate to my insurance company. Promised time was three weeks. Should look around for waiting time before u book it by in for repairs. Insurance probably OK with it cause they are the same. They all do not understand the inconvenience caused. They keep taking more business lot is full with backlogged repairs.Good thing is they answer the phone and have good customer service personals.

I went in to ensure they could meet my timeline for the return of the vehicle. The staff were extremely helpful going out of their way to ensure I could drop my car off on the weekend so I could pick-up the following Friday.I was very happy when the car was actually ready on Thursday and Assured staff reached out to me three times to ensure i was aware it was ready to pick up. When i got to the shop they reviewed what had been done to the car and made sure I was satisfied with every detail. Once done they made arrangements for my rental vehicle to be picked up at their location rather than me taking back.First class for all facets of the jobThank You!!

Came here for a windshield repair. Since it was the recommended company fromGrand touring in downtown Toronto.After having my car returned.I noticed that the screen on the odometer has been scratched and looks like they tried to clean it with some kind of soloution and it ruined the plastic.Also the first day I got my car I’ve noticed the check engine light and service light has come on.(I just had the car serviced a month ago)The car was over a week late from when they said it was going to be done and I was told by “Dean Jacobson” that I would be reimbursed for part of the car rental. I have yet to hear from him or be reimbursed.What makes me worried is that they are trying to say the car screen was already like this, so who knows that else they are lying about.Before picking up my car, dean also asked if I would like to pay over the phone before seeing the repairs (kinda sketchy) almost like he knew I would see the damageOn the day I came back to pick up my car, I saw dean scrubbing furiously inside my carI asked if everything was ok. He assured me “don’t worry it’s just a little smudge on your odometer”He then proceeded to take me to the cashier so I could pay before noticing anything.As soon as I drove off, I immediately noticed the screen and contacted him right away. He told me to come back so he could take a look. When I came back He was sweating profusely almost like he knew and was lying.He then proceeded to rub some chemicals all over the screen. I asked him what he was using and he said “oh it’s just like a nail polish remover don’t worry” it actually damaged and made the screen worseWell it’s been over week and I haven’t heard from dean.I will be taking legal action and fighting this. BEWARE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE ! Unless you want it damaged and blamed for it.

Worst company ever i have seen. I had an accident 3 month before and my insurance company told me to drop my vehicle honda civic 2022 in their body shop for the inspection . So they will inspect my vehicle and after give them written estimate that how much my insurance company will pay. Unfortunately, my insurance company denied some damages part of the vehicle in covering . I waited 3 months for my car but did not get anything back from insurance company and body shop but suddenly one day insurance company call me and was asking me lot of questions about the accident and when i told them why you asking me these questions, they said unfortunately we are not covering your scratches part on the door under claim but body shop already fix it without our approval. So this is your responsibility that you have to pay . I was so shocked and asked if you didn’t give them approval and they didn’t ask me anything and didn’t take my concent , also didn’t send me any written estimate so without my permission why they fix it , why i will pay if they didn’t ask me anything before fixing my vehicle. Now body shop asking me paying 2400$ for only the minor scratches on the door and 1000$ deductible amount-so total is 3400 for just painting only scratches on the door. Even without my authorization. Now its been around 4 months did not get my vehicle back . Already going with legally advices and gonna file a complaint against them. I will never let them go so easily and will never pay single penny. I am sending them email and keep telling them that i need to talk with their manager but he is also hiding somewhere now because he knows what they have done.

After getting into an accident, I was worried my car would never look the same. Assured automotive ensured that my car came back to me like brand new. The staff there were so kind, understanding and informative. I was never waiting on phone calls for updates because they made sure to call me every Tuesday and Thursday no matter what. I would definitely recommend this collision centre to anyone who gets into an accident or damages their car. I am so satisfied and happy with the way it turned out. It looks like nothing ever happened to my car.
