First let me say the bathroom looks pretty good. It is an older house and the bathroom was done as a flip before my wife and I bought the house 8 years ago, so it had some issues.The bathroom is a small 5x8 design so there is not much that can be done. The quote from pavlo was in the middle of the 3 I got, so went with him.My main concern is the painting quality, sink connected backwards, Silicone on middle of bathroom floor/grout and random grout and mortor on door handles, carpet and deck that just got professionally refinished. The real kicker is that every single time I hop in the shower and move in the shower the base of the shower squeaks.I did call about the tap in sink being installed backwards hot/cold and the shower possibly being the same. He called me back and I was on the other line so could not answer. He left a message saying the sink was an easy fix but that the shower was correct. This was after I sent him a picture of both faucets with the handles pointed in the same direction and asked him what temp of water should be coming out, he said cold, I said it's hot. All I really wanted at the time was to come fix tap on sink (an easy fix for him he said). I was willing to overlook the other discrepancies. That was over a week ago, but still nothing. Basically I have a bathroom that is like a 3 dressed up as a 9, that squeaks everytime I move in shower (have not spoken with him yet about this or the Silicone issue) was going to when came back for the tap thing. So what I am left with is I paid $15,000.00 and have a year warranty, but am guessing stuff has to break or something.Maybe he will come and fix things, maybe not.The other weird thing, is I came home unexpected on day and he was standing in front of my tomatoes outside helping himself, not a big deal, just weird.

We first hired Pavlo to deal with a mold issue we had in our bathroom due to some tiles that were previously installed incorrectly. He came out right away and assessed the situation and took the necessary steps to rid our bathroom of mold and prepare the area for renovations. Pavlo did his best to fit our job into his busy schedule as it required him to make numerous visits. Our bathroom renovation required the walls and floor to be cleaned and prepared for new tiles. At the same time we had Pavlo replace the existing bathroom window, reinstall our exisiting glass shower doors, and paint the walls.The job was completed as quick as possible given our emergency situation and definetly at a fair price.After seeing how great of a job Pavlo and his team did on our bathroom renovation, we again hired him to install laminate flooring throughout our whole house. We agreed on the estimate and a start date and began preparations to ready ourselves for the start of the flooring installation. Pavlo started on time as promised and installed laminate flooring throughout our home in just five days. They also were more than willing to move furniture and whatever it took to complete the job in a timely fashion. Upon completion, Pavlo and his partner also cleaned up and hauled away any material and garbage that needed to be disposed of.We now have our bathroom upgraded and brand new floors thanks to Pavlo and his crew. We are also in the process of hiring him to replace some of our windows in our home as well and are awaiting another quote.Thank you Pavlo for your hard work in our home and great service. We definitely won't hesitate to call you again for any of our home renovation needs.

Very happy with the results; he was friendly and was finished within a reasonable amount of time. He and his subcontractors removed and replaced my moldy tub stall drywall, put up lovely porcelain tile, replaced my tub and replaced my fixtures. The tub is very comfortable.

We purchased a new house and wanted to move the washer and dryer to a different spot in the laundry room, Pablo did amazing job in relocating the washer and dryer did and excellent paint job and drywall repair, we had some other work done as well with our shower which wasn’t giving hot water Pablo quickly figured out the issue and works great now definitely recommend very honest and trustworthy and reliable.

We purchased a condo and the main bath had only a tub. We had Pavlo replace the tub with a tiled walk in shower with a rain shower head with separate spray fixture. Pavlo also installed 2 new toilets for us, as well as vinyl plank flooring in the laundry room and 2 bathrooms. We are very happy with the results and love the new shower. The price was very reasonable. Pavlo was professional and worked long hours to ensure the bathroom was ready when we moved in. After we moved in we noticed a small seam of caulking outside the shower was missed, and Pavlo returned and touched it up. All in all a good experience.
