Very quick service. I called and said I needed the pics in half an hour if possible since I have a rush meeting to attend. I was in and out in approx. 15 minutes. The lady knew all the specs required.

I went there to get my digital photo for PR but the quality of photo is so bad that it got rejected by IRCC. I won’t recommend this place to get photos done for any important documentation. I usually go there because they were quick the last time I got passport size photo.

I just came to take my passport picture, and the lady there was so sweet, she showed me the one she took at first and allowed me to retake another one which I liked more. This is definitely a nice place to go take any passport picture I highly recommend !

This lady is rude and unprofessional, i go there for PR photo, which was not getting uploaded on portal, i went again, she answer me its not her problem its IRCC’s problem, then i go to other photographer, he did my work in 5 min and finally photo has uploaded.

I have done multiple photographs from this studio. The lady does a good job but she is rude. My photo had a clear glare and i just asked if something can be done to fix it. Not even challenging her work. But she was very rude saying that i dont care if you want it or take your money back. I politely accepted my money and left. She just lost a loyal customer and all my friends whom i recommended the place. Thanks very much.

Rude service, thy don’t know to handle with kids. This place is the worst customer service in Canada.The lady working here, was telling us to leave the store, we came for passport pictures for our kids, and the lady not even try to take them picture, thy don’t know how to treat people or they only expecting certain people to business with them.
