I can say this one of the worst builders in the industry. And I've been with a bunch of them. They are not professional and not responsive to your questions. Their customer service is horrible. And not to mention they use cheap/poor materials that break after a year. Would not trust buying anything from them especially an investment like your home.

Nothing but an awesome experience.... Vince has literally made us feel like we are building our dream home. We've lived/owned several houses but this legit feels like our 'home'... Vince is always making suggestions that even though it means not spending extra $ during the structural or decor stages.

The customer service is very bad.. I have been trying to purchase a parking spot for more than 2 months and they didn't send me a single email yet.. they keep telling me they have more important projects!!! I am Still waiting while I am paying rents for my additional parking spot..

All 1 star reviews on here reflect what I have experienced. I strongly DO NOT recommend buying any brick wall from this builder. Terrible customer service, house is given to you on closing without being finished, emails are never returned from staff employed at Fernbrook. You’re better off banging your head against the wall than dealing with this poor quality based builder. Be prepared to invest a good 3months of making appointments post closing, and DURING business hours to accommodate all service appointments needs necessary to complete the house since it’s given to home owner half assed. If you’re not able to accommodate those service appointments, you’re advised to give a key to the builder to allow service men inside your house to destroy the walls and floors. In addition, TERRIBLE “soundproofing” as I hear neighbours’ children running, talking, crying, and cupboards slammed shut. Good luck if you end up purchasing anything from this builder. False advertising is what I call this crooked builder.

I was expecting so much about fern brook quality of service, home and decor upgradesReally upset and dissatisfied after visit decor center, there is no quality products in 4th upgrades even though they are charging a lotSo pricy , poor quality and other things if they miss anything in the document they can call you back and correct the mistake , but in the same case if you change your mind on colour selection and request them to change the colour of the tile or floor, they charge you minimum of 650$ just for changingMain important thing you have a time of three hours to select colours and upgradesEven the don’t even send anything to you pre appointment to make your mindYou have to go there and decideEverything is rushIf anyone thinking about fernbrookPlease think before you move forward

My home closed early this year and i can stay it's been good experience. I have a bit of knowledge with renovations and construction. I look at the situation under this lens.The construction team was a pleasure to work with, they were always around and answered all my questions.I did have some issues with my home. Their customer service team was around to fix them. They were easy to talk to and always had someone on site. Their service guys are great and they do good work, very happy with them.One of the few builders that pretty much allow you to make any changes to your home.

We purchased our first new home from Fernbrook and remain very pleased with the superior quality of our home.They have excellent customer service, always answered our questions and were helpful. The entire process was professionally handled, including customization, inspection and follow up after the possession date.The house is beyond our expectations and we are so happy in our new home.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. The worst experience ever; they rush you to make decisions to 'meet delivery deadlines', except there is no date in sight for finishing/closing the house, so I'm not sure what delivery deadlines they are trying to meetProducts and finishes discontinued without warning because 'nothing is in their control' and you're automatically given lower/downgraded finishes.Poor communication and cooperation.Please find a better company builder. Although from the look of things, they don't have many other projects; guess it goes to show how bad they are.

The worst building company in my life…They always late.Don't care about people who lives in their houses.Always very dirty.If you have opportunity to choose another company - do it!

Every time I reached out to customer service, my concerns were dealt with thoroughly and addressed promptly. Fernbrook provided not only a quality home, but also one that I want to be in for years to come.All in all, I had a pleasant experience with this builder. I wouldn’t hesitate to be a repeat customer, nor would I question recommending them to my friends/family.
