I really love this location! Front desk staff are always happy and helpful, RMTs, bodyworkers and acupunturists are all amazing and each have a unique set of skills that really help me with my chronic pain, migraines and fatigue. I also love how I can almost always get a short notice appointment unlike every other massage clinic in new west/coquitlam (usually booking 3+ weeks in advance)- which is so helpful for flare up days or my constantly changing work schedule. If they had a chiropractor, I wouldn't go anywhere else. I'm a very happy client!

Massage Addict Austin Heights Coquitlam is a great place. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is well maintain and easily accessible with lots of parking (there is even a Tim Horton's next door for afterwards) . They have great team of therapists with a wide range of skill sets depending on the type massage you are looking for. There is one therapist that stands out from the crowd, a real MVT (Most Valuable Therapist) and when I can, I always try to book my sessions with Alana. Alana is very good at determining exactly what you need with very little pre-assessment and always finds the spots needing the most attention. Alana has a great bedside manner and spectacular personality and explains the process if needed (she might give you homework). Her Super-Duper technics not only relaxes your muscles but her great sparkling positive energy she passes through to you also relaxes your sole. A session with Alana is Going To Make You Cry” in heavenly bliss."

I went today to this place for my massage therapy with Conan.It was amazingly good, actually was fantastic!!I feel so relieved with all my issues I have in my body.I highly recommend this massage therapist you won't regret!

No more chiro at coquitlam, appts get cancelled and are hard to come by to begin with. Not sure these guys plan on staying in business given the way they operate.

- charge nearly highest fee with brand new RMT- unwilling direct billing- aggressive representativeThe new RMT is friendly even though the massage was not that professional as she is new, but she has good attitude to customer.The representative said because the therapist just registered as RMT, she couldn’t help with direct billing, you have to pay yourself. You can call your insurance company to walk you though to claim. The representative was staring at me. I said no. This was my second time to visit here, first time direct billing was ok, and I could feel the therapist was new this time. Another lady came out and help with the direct billing. When I paid the extra and I said have a nice day. Nobody reply.I believe it is good to let business owner to address this issue or to do some improvements.If you would like to set up higher price, it is totally fine, please provide matching service, otherwise the business will not be sustainable.

Very friendly staff and well managed location, the owner of the location is engaged in the business and takes time to talk to the clients and takes interest in knowing your treatment has met your expectations. Therapist Alana is fantastic Body Worker, great personality and takes the time to assess your body and focus on areas that you want worked on. Alana also takes extra care in giving you an after treatment assessment and sometimes gives you homework to do. Upon your next return Alana will ask how the areas she worked on during the last session are feeling and will follow up on the home exercises recommended. Alana’s treatments are performed with lots of experience and passion to ensure you feel great after the treatment. It is clear to me Alana loves her career, truly cares for her clients and committed to excellence. Alana is a great therapist and team member at this location.

Great customer service, cant ask for any better. Its not 5 star due to above than average costs, which lessens the frequency of my visits due to limited insurance benefits which 95% of us fall into. This place has one of the best acupuncturist as well (austin). I was referred here by a new colleague and have had no regrets. Its the only place that has acupuncturist working on Sundays.

The rooms are great, but it's become so difficult to get masseurs to listen to what you want instead of they want to do. They no longer use their hands to massage, they use elbows and forearms which is annoying.

I went there today on my lunch break and saw Evan, who although has finished RMT college is not yet registered(so I couldn't claim through my benefits).That didn't matter to me at all. He was so professional and thorough asking my problem areas etc. I feel amazing and am looking forward continuing maintenance care.I would definitely recommend & cant wait for my next appointment!

Alana is the best! She’s one of the most amazing massage therapist I’ve ever worked with! She knows where to find my muscle sore spots and work to relax them! I always have walk out of the clinic feeling relaxed and refreshed!
