Service was good, but the food not so much. We were looking forward to our first visit and were really disappointed. I had the original poutine and the fries were, burnt and dry. I ate the cheese. My bf had the house burger which was also overcooked with little flavour and served with the same burnt fries. The curry mayo sauce was basically mayo. An easy fix by just adding some curry powder. On a positive note, the serving portions were large, just not enjoyable or fully edible. Hopefully, it was just a bad night and it was near closing, but I wouldn't feel comfortable recommending them with so many other options available in the Sackville area. Sorry, I wish my review could have been more positive.

I’ve always enjoyed it here but this last experience was a little rough. Totally get the cashier was training but the person she was working with didn’t seem to know the menu either. I was ordering the 3 fish tacos for $15. It took 10 minutes to have it ring in and then the trainer/coworker kept asking if I wanted fries. I said no thank you, as it’s an extra cost. By the third ask…I said are they free because if so yes. He stated no and I said no thank you again. It was 2pm and I was the only customer. No complaint on the food….except I wish I could have another option other than beer batter. I was told the other options are not available for tacos…I wanted Panko instead. Service was quick for the cook time. Food was tasty as always.

Evan was amazing as a customer service representative it was my first time at this outlet and I was disappointed that you did not offer the rice bowl. What was amazing is that Evan noticed my disappointment and not only went out of his way to offer a wonderful substitute I think he invented a great new rice bowl.I will definitely return, and Evan should be rewarded for is wonderful attitude and great smile. His willingness to go the extra mile was a shock.Great customer service is hard to come by and he is a keeper
