I was contact via my kijiji ad saying my company was a perfect fit for this company. The lady I talked to was extremely vague, I had no idea who or what GetAssist was I had to look them up online myself. I asked to be emailed details with dollar figures so I wasn't going into this meeting without knowledge. After 4 unanswered phone calls I give up! I haven't even started working with them and if this is how they do business I refuse to waste my time. There is no guarantee they will bring you business anyway, at least that's what I was told.No follow up emails, unanswered phone calls, and staff with little knowledge. Just a call saying come to this address to sign up". How do you sell something when your sales staff don't know anything about what they're selling. Poor execution.Seems like a scam

I wish to thank Robert Brosi for the excellent service and helping me to understand the benefits of the Get Assist program. Robert is such a wonderful positive person with a great care and energy for the program. His experience was helpful for me to decide this would be of help to my business and I also felt so positive about it, I had another one of my businesses sign up. Poor customer service, I'll never recommend any business to subscribe to their service. They'll set up a lot of appointments prior to sign you up and after that you won't leverage the membership in anyway.Seems like a scam, NEVER NEVER NEVER WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS MEMBERSHIP, THERE IS NO VALUE AT ALL. THEY'LL POMISE HEAVEN AND THEY'LL PRETEND THAT THEY DO HAVE CUSTOMER INTERESTED TO YOUR BUSINESS. ONCE YOU PAY THE MEMBERSHIP, THEY'LL GO TO SILENCE MODE !!!!!!I HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS MEMBERSHIP !

As a Entertainment promoter, using GetAssist has allowed me to expand my horizons to those whom I wouldn't been able to. Their organization has both saved me time and money. As a small business owner I don’t want to leave a bad review.I have been on this app for one year with nothing to show for it. not one call. they automatically charge my card for no reason. I emailed to contact them every month but no body really needs to help. After a year they only contact me for renewal. Even now I get many calls stop calling me. Never ever advice to use Getassist.

I can confidently say that Get Assist has helped me tremendously to off start my business adventure. Staff is very adorable and full of personality, especially Susanne and Ryan who worked with me helping explain everything in details about their services. I am glad I have found them on time otherwise it would have cost me a lot of time and money to promote my business on my own. I talked to Susanne and and Sam who were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. At their recent grand opening I even had a chance to meet the Mayor who attended. There’s a reason why this company either has 1 Star or 5. All the 5 stars are all fake.This company calls me (different people, different occasions) claiming they have a bunch of work for my small business. When I asked how they got my phone number they make up a name of a person I’ve never done work for.The reviews are hilarious with them replying the exact same comment to people’s bad experience trying to establish whatever little creditably they have left.What they do is try and get you to pay for leads claiming they can “get you big jobs for your business” and inevitably it doesn’t work out. Total scam. I feel really sorry for naive, optimistic small business owners who buy into this.Don’t be fooled, this company is total nonsense.Whoever works for this company, you should be ashamed of yourselves.All the best to small business owners out there. Don’t be fooled.
