It was a bad experience. The pizza was burned from beneath. The waiter’s answer was “ It happens”. At the bill time he said “ in Canada you have to put 15% tips”. He was totally rude. Well in Canada you dont have to. Enjoy the one star rating.

One of the best pizza chains in the city! I was warmly greeted by the waitress Marie. I was offered sparkling water and I accepted because I was feeling special that day. Following along, the other waitress Alicia was extremely knowledgable in her food menu and wine as she accorded me delightful wine recommendations to pair my pizza with. I ended up tasting the Porcini and WOW... It's definitely their best pizza. Thank you chef Alex!! You have crafted a beautiful and jaw-dropping pizza that will change my life forever!!!Towards the end of my experience, another one of the waiter's (his name is Marc if I'm not mistaken) came to settle the bill. I asked for shop recommendations and he was so kind to take his time to list out some of the best stores for me to visit after my wonderful dinner.Thank you all and see you soon

It was absolutely disappointing. We waited here more than 40 mins to place our order. In total we waited more than 1 hour, and what a result? We’ve got a COLD pizzas, the taste was very poor. We leave this place very angry and hungry! Absolutely unprofessional, the service here is horrible.

Must try!!!! The pizza is absolutely delicious!! Fresh ingredients! Great service! Everything is absolutely amazing!! I highly recommend this place for amazing pizza! Went here twice during our short stay! It was conveniently right next door to our hotel!

I don’t know what happened to this place, but this was awful. There are free tables, but we were waiting for seat for 20 minutes, the move them, adjusted chairs, cleaned, okay, that’s acceptable.But what happened next is totally disaster. We were waiting for the waiter for 40 minutes. Made an order. Waiter came in 15!! minutes to us and we were told that they out of buratta, we changed order. Waited around 25 minutes more, and the pizza that was brought to us was cold. Nor warm, nor almost cold, totally cold. We decided to go to the another restaurant, and pay only for the drinks. And what happed next is crazy, the terminal hasn’t option to refuse the tips. We left hungry and furthermore, we have wasted almost 2 hours and left them a tip for that service.

I’ve been having their Porcini Pizza for several years now and I must add that their quality and taste is not consistent each time, and they differ across different branches.This time, they taste okay, not bad, but not great either.As for the Prosciutto Pizza, half of it was soggy from the center out.Chocolate mousse desert was mediocre, it taste to me like something that you can get from the supermarket, not worth the money nor the calories.Their cannolis on the other hand was nice, the filling was light with a good hint of vanilla taste.Consistency is important in my opinion that will set a restaurant apart from the other nice restaurants.Service is speedy and friendly.

The food was good, but I had a really awful experience with one of the servers. I recently moved to Montreal from the UK and have been waiting to start my new job for about 6 weeks, with no income to help in the meantime. Therefore, unfortunately, I couldn’t leave a good tip. After the rest of the table tipped (around 20% each), I was confronted loudly in front of everyone by a server. She asked me if there was something wrong with the service and I just apologised and said that I’m not working at the moment and I’m really low on money. She got angry and rude, and said that not tipping has consequences for everyone and she just shamed me in front of my girlfriend and our friends. It was totally unnecessary and while I understand that leaving a minimal tip is seen as rude, and so I already felt guilty as it is. But the fact that one of the staff made such a scene like that, it was hurtful and upsetting. And everyone in the group was appalled by her behaviour.I certainly won’t be going back. I’ve never been made to feel more unwelcome in a restaurant in my life.

Very good option for pizza with many different combinations to choose from.I loved the fact that they hadOption for gluten free base.Cute venue as well.
