Looks like a nice little park. Its smaller that what i thought. The beach is so nice but i do wish that the swimming area was bigger and cleaner , but there is a pool. One for kids and one for adults. I will say that the park fee is too high but it is what it is.

Just finished a 3-night stay with our two boys. Riverwood is a very nice campground and we would definitely return! Our lot was perfect. Washrooms and showers were clean. Staff were super nice. All the campers were super friendly too. Our boys aren’t so little anymore, but they do have a big playground and weekly events happening for the littles. Horseshoe pits, basketball court, etc.

Very well run park with excellent staff. The only things that need some help are the Restrooms that have NO VENTILATION & teenagers roughhousing in the pool. They do have great kids activities & show great pride in their park.

My family and I had a wonderful time! Best price I found for a cabin charged per night and it is a deluxe cabin with a full washroom, kitchenette/small dining, queen and bunk beds and roomy deck/lot. The cabins are situated around a lake and you will hear and see all of nature. There is a huge playground, volleyball/basketball courts, beach, fishing docks. We even had the family pool all to ourselves since we came during the week. It is pretty quiet and seem very safe to be around the other friendly residents in the RVs and mobile homes. The kids and adults enjoyed it very much. And the staff were very friendly. This camping resort is a gem in Lindsay ON and we will definitely be coming back!

Riverwood Park Campgrounds
What started out as a try it and see in August 1978, has turned into a lifetime. We have watched the park grow and change. We are now taking the fourth generation up to enjoy the same adventures that I enjoyed as a young girl back in the 80s. The staff are like family and make everyone (old and new) feel welcome. Many of our old friends are still camping here too.

Love this place so much. Its a great place for all families. There is lots to do for both adults and children of all ages. We will be coming here every year for now on.d The ladies upfront our a delight to deal with and are always a great help.

Very large place; friendly people. Lots of resident camps/seasonals but kept up nice. Weekend activities. Nice small beach with volleyball net. Fishing on dock or byo boat.
