I'm surprised by the 5-star reviews... we did not have that experience. We were told that we would be able to secure an 80k loan to finish our new home construction. Jeff was not responsive to emails asking for proposed terms of agreement. We finally heard from him about a month later that a lender had backed out and that he had found a new lender. We were finally sent the terms of agreement (which he later stated were standard conditions). The conditions in the mortgage prohibited construction. When asked whether or not the lender understood this was financing a new build, we were told the conditions were standard"

My spouse and I recently (August2021) had the opportunity to have Jeff Robson complete our mortgage. There were a number of “hoops to jump through” that Jeff took on and completed quickly and effectively. He was highly recommended by a few real estate agents to us.
