Terrible experience in 2003. Teacher and receptionist failed to double check if I was in the class when my mom asked them to, as they called her to confirm my absence. The receptionist refused to check, and was certain I wasn’t in the classroom. My parents had to call 911, the situation was then announced as a child abduction cornering off the whole neighbourhood. All of this, when I was in class the whole time. No apologies from the receptionist, teacher, or principal until we left a letter to be sent to the superintendent. Total negligence, and a waste of tax payers money. Not to mention, police could have been helping other situations and the stress/anxiety my parents went through unnecessarily.

The supervisor of the childcare center is rude and disrespectful. she always yelling at staff and kids.

Poor excuse of administration. Principal doesn't care for her students. If you can don't send your child there!
