Food is good but taking too long to prepare it. 15-20 mins for two poutines from a food truck!!? Not the first time here, thought they get quicker!!

You get a pretty generous helping for about $8-10 +tax. The gravy is great, though the fries could use help. They don't taste as fresh as you'd expect.Overall, if it's a once in a while poutine fix in Innisfil, then it's worth a shot. They also offer other items like funnel cakes, but I have yet to try them.

Whould have given 0 stars, went there and got 3 poutines and waited 45 minutes. the first one had a raw egg and snotty, second one had very little gravy and was supposed to be a meat lovers but had a small amount of meat and the last was almost empty. The employees were all on their phones instead of doing thier job save yourself the disappointment and make the trip to Barrie for the snack shack.

Great menu, food, and service. Love getting the Newfie Poutine and spicy sausage. Everything was done just like I asked. Will definitely return.Cheers to another local business owner.

Absolutely TERRIBLE since the new owners took over. Prices have increased and portions have decreased by half the size.. if you order a deep fried pickle poutine they never have deep fried pickles but will still charge you full price and just throw in a couple regular pickle slices.. tried to give them a chance a couple times but I will NEVER eat from there again.

I got the bacon cheeseburger poutine at lunch today with, what I believe was the owners own satisfaction guarantee. Was I ever satisfied, perfectly layered so there's toppings from beginning to end, delicious fresh fries. Highly recommend even over Smokes.

Queen poutine you really need to do better… worst thing I’ve ever bought, ordered 2 hot dogs and both of us took one bite and through it in the garbage, what a waist of $17 (including tip)Messy, stale bun, and for some reason it even tasted like fish so my guess is something on it (hot dog ketchup mayo mustard and onion) was bad.

I've tried this place twice now, and won't be coming back.I ordered the hand dipped homemade" pogo for $8 and was given two frozen grocery store pogos
