Edward has just finished a rather large scale landscape job for us. He changed our high maintenance garden with hundreds of perennials to one that has few perennials, and yet very pleasing to look at. He reduced the size of the flower beds, while increasing the lawn area. He exceeded our expectations in every aspect of the project. Edward knows how to do things and has the right equipment to get the job done efficiently. He delivered good value to his customers.

Simas was recommended by a contractor who had done some previous work for us. We had them replace and enlarge an old, heaving driveway with pavers, add a small patio, and build new borders around our flower beds, as well as fill the remainder of the yard with grub resistant lawn with They started and completed as scheduled, even as we made changes part way through. And they did excellent work.
